My previous review said that "The snaps are so loose, they constantly come off. " The product representative contacted me to see what they could do to improve the situation. Their communications were helpful, courteous and showed an interest in making a product that worked well. I was sent another device and am happy to say that the snaps stayed on all day and again when I used it during another night. I sent them a suggestion to attach or include a little clip the next time the product was updated since I don't always have pockets. They appreciated my input and submitted the suggestion. I should also say that I love how light weight the TENS unit is. It took a while to get the hang of all the nuances to change modes and intensity, but once that was done, I find it very easy to use and it most definitely does the job of relieving discomfort.

This little device is da bomb. I've had mine for years and it’s still going strong. I even bought a second one for travel. I recommend it to anyone who so much as mentions they're in pain. Friends, family, clients, even strangers. It’s that good! It's small, charge keeps going forever, and it's super powerful. Where’s my affiliate link already? This TENS unit is as good as it gets. My favorite feature is the full set of cables that terminate with the "button" contacts that can accommodates other pads and extensions. No batteries mean it is compact, portable, and long lasting on a charge. The range of massage settings is pretty standard, and it is easy to learn and use. Well designed and powerful enough for most uses, I only wish it was a bit more powerful for some uses, but I am happy with this unit.

I like this TENS unit a lot. It’s great for helping relieve my back pain, however temporary it is. While it is easy to use all the programs, they are just gimmicks in my opinion- but I suppose it doesn’t really hurt the device much as long as you aren’t easily confused by flashing stuff on a screen. I’ll take this over crazy pain meds any day!Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose this cuz purple is awesome and was at my door the next day.

Still in the process of testing it out, but at the very least this little unit packs a much bigger punch than I was expecting. I also love how this is both TENS and EMS, and it seems to be doing well, especially for this price point.

Great medical device for many pains. I use it for sore back and headaches too. Do not put on your neck or head. I place mine on my back shoulders for 20 minutes and this helps my headaches too. It has cut done drastically the need for me to take an aspirin.

An absolute lifesaver! When nothing else helped, this provided my Dad the pain relief he needed. He had tried, creams, chiropractors, etc and this was what worked. Provided enough relief to let him get some rest, finally. Easy, portable and effective. Definitely recommend!

The Belifu Dual Channel TENS EMS unit does a great job when it's working properly .However, one of the ports is faulty. Sometimes it delivers weaker stimulation than the other side, and other times it just stops working altogether. I’ve switched pads and cables, and the issue clearly lies with the port itself. This really limits the value of a “dual channel” device when you can only use one reliably.I’d like to return this unit for a replacement, as I still believe the product is solid — if it works as advertised. But if the same issue happens with the replacement, I’ll have to ask for a full refund.
