Great toy or great knickknack really looks nice

Very detailed and sturdy! I'm a graphic designer and keep this on my desk at work to remind myself of a "camel" concept that was taught in art school. My children had some of the little plastic camels in their toy sets but I wanted something a little more sturdy to sit on my desk. This fits the bill perfectly. It's a nice size (about the size of a closed fist), and has a descent weight to it. I don't know if I would necessarily let my kids play with it though as it seems more like something that should sit on a shelf. Because of the weight, It would definitely hurt if it was thrown, which in my house most toys are! Hope that helps someone!

Arrived on time and good condition

This was my second purchase of Safari Ltd. animals--> this one is for my son's 4th birthday gift. We love visiting The WILDS in Cumberland, Ohio and he is in love with the Bactrian Camels! The WILDS is known for conservation and these are the only ones they sell due to their realism!! Safari Ltd. makes incredibly realistic animals that are extremely durable. This is not cheap plastic...these are lead free, safety tested and even hand painted. It's of good weight and being +-4" it's an excellent size for children's hands to play. Since these are solid we have even utilized these outside and then had dirty animals which needed baths:). In my opinion these are more than worth the price and we'll continue adding to our collection in the upcoming years!

I wish it was a little larger but my 3 yr old granddaughter loves it. My late hubby is from Egypt so she loves camels!!

Needed a replacement camel for my nativity ..this worked well. Scale was good for my fontanini set

Very nice, very detailed, very sturdy. My 4.5 years old son was delighted to receive it as a Christmas present.
