I do not like them. They help to hold foot in the shoe but I feel uncomfortable, start to unglue, I only worn shoes once. I guess i have to use this product bc I have to wear this shoes somehow, but not comfortable to me.

My flats were a little too big, they made this annoying noise every time I wore them and the list goes on and on!! But then I found these inserts, they are truly a lifesaver! My flats fit perfectly, they don’t slip off my feet and that noise is pretty much nonexistent. I HIGHLY recommend these inserts.

These cushions are wonderful. They're probably the most comfortable inserts I've found for the heel of a shoe. Really like them and glad I bought them!

Worthless.... does not stick to shoe.

These are just the ticket.. On my left foot, I developed a stone bruise. It made walking very uncomfortable. I would be so careful to baby that foot and the swelling would start to go down. Then, I'd do something foolish like put too much pressure on that foot, and then, I'm back to square one as the sole would swell up again. These gel pads were perfect to protect the injury until it fully healed. I had no problems with them shifting in my shoes either.
