one of the roll ball was punctured

This arrived deflated and no pin/needle for it provided ,and I have no way to inflate .disappointed

Used it a couple of times and it does the job!

This arrived deflated and I have no way to inflate it so for me it went in the bin.

Took the back off a watch quickly, I aslo used it to remove the cap of a tap, did the job well.
