It is cheaper to buy from Amazon than in the store. Stores have raised the price from less than $1 to $1.48. I like homemade better but this is a big time saver. I use canned tomatoes & peppers in place of some liquid. Worth the money especially if you already purchase it

Very flavorful

I like meals that are quick and easy to prepare and this Spanish Rice is one of my favorites.I can eat it as a meal or as part of a larger meal. The packet makes enough rice for 2 people which is nice.I also like the price which is lower than the price I've seen at larger grocery stores or Hispanic grocery stores.

I ordered a 12 pack because my kids go thru these fast, I buy a few a week at the store but sometimes they are out, so when i saw I could get a dozen at once I was sold. Same quality and taste as the store offers just easier to get ordering online.

Cheaper than the stores lately. I add beans. hamburger, tomato paste and chili seasoning to this and make a meal. Knorr has good recipes to look up for their products. Maybe where I got the idea.

Hubs and I have told every prepper and hiker we speak to; Mountain House is overpriced flop! It lasts 25 years???? So why pay for 25 year packaging when it will be used in 2? MH NEVER cooks right by the instructions! Sticky pasta, crunchy rice or veggies etc. Lipton/Knorr cooks perfect every time and costs one eighth the gilders, folks! If you want 25 years, drop the L/K pouches down into a vac seal bag and seal it!
