I love this and use it lots. easy to use, volume control and the fit works good.

I needed a good quality headset to work from home, and did a lot of research before purchasing this one. It does meet my needs. The headphones fit well, they keep out background noise to the degree I needed, and the microphone picks up my voice clearly. They are comfortable to use for several hours. I am also very happy that they have a volume adjustment on the cord, so I don’t have to adjust the volume on the computer while I’m working.

I really hoped for the best and the first few days were problem free. Unfortunately soon after I started getting a lot of static and echoing on both ends of my calls. I am working from home (like most of us these days) so it is possible the device wasn't completely compatible with the circumstances. 4 stars only because it didn't work out for me but I definitely recommend trying it out. Super easy plug and play set upand as a side note, it was one of the most comfortable headsets I've ever worn.

When I looked at this, I thought that it was really lame looking but the noise cancellation reviews are what made me buy it. and oh boy did they not disappoint. I’m a teacher doing online instruction this year and I work in my house with two wrestling dogs and typically like to keep the TV at a low volume for concentration purposes. The kids can’t hear a single thing and when I do actually record lesson materials, you can see just how great the quality of the microphone is. I recommend it to anyone who has a loud setting or even a slightly noisy setting.EDIT: I also did purchase the one that has 1 earpiece so I could have an extra and they didn't work out. The microphone would go in and out. My students said I was always going loud then quiet. So I'm returning those but I still stand by the first pair (dual earpiece). I'm sure it was just a lemon so I'm leaving 5 stars still!

I work from home captioning calls, and I've bought this headset twice. The first one lasted right at a year, and after that I got a couple of different ones that the system had a lot of trouble with, so while I was hesitant to buy this one again when it quit working, I was tired of having the issues, so I did. This second one has only lasted 8 months and is constantly cutting out again. I'm not hard on my headsets. I don't twist the cord or crimp it or anything. I do regularly stand and walk, but I clip it to my shirt so it doesn't swing around a lot and put pressure on the in-line controls. While it works, it's a great headset, but it doesn't work for long.

Finally, the noise cancellation feature actually work. I been working from home for more than 20 years now and been looking for the noise cancellation speaker. I had spend up to $200 looking for a headset that claim to have noise cancellation speaker but does not work. This one actually does what it claim. I test it with having the TV with bose speaker on and the other computer playing the game system. It does not pickup the background noise at all.

1. Sound is garbled even using it to listen to a video.2. "USB" connection fails regularly -- it "comes undone" and the laptop screams "USB error" or whatever3. MIC does NOT WORK -- I tried everything4. "non"-USB connection? what a joke! LAPTOP: Plug does NOT Fit. KINDLE FIRE: Plug does Not FitI am SO angry and SO disappointed ... and now I have to wait & wait & wait for a refund.

I like that I can hear my calls. Even if it sounds like a party in the office.

Quality product that has remained in good shape for a few years.

Excellent head phones , I work from home for a call centre. 8 hours a day.They a very comfortable, sometimes I forget I’m attached to a head set lol.Soft on ears ,very adjustable

Good quality product. I wish i had done more research in terms of single or double ear. Both are available. It is an adjustment not to hear your voice muffled with double headphone. But blocks background noise. Personal preference but I think I would prefer a single ear speaker. No fault to the product, just something to think about when choosing.

Audio quality is great. Light and comfortable to wear for significant periods of time.

Sound quality is good and the headet is comfortable
