I picked up this KastKing fillet knife for weekend fishing trips, and it’s been awesome so far. The blade is super sharp and flexible, which makes filleting really easy. It’s a good size—big enough to handle decent-sized fish, but not bulky.The build quality is solid. It feels well-made and not cheap at all. The handle has a nice grip, and the knife has a good weight to it—light enough to handle easily, but heavy enough to feel sturdy.The lock mechanism on the sheath is a nice touch. It clicks in securely so I don’t have to worry about it coming loose in my gear bag. Definitely a thoughtful design.For the price, this knife is a great value. It feels like something that should cost more. I actually ended up buying another one as a gift for a buddy who fishes, and he was really happy with it too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quality fillet knife without spending a ton.

Good sharp quality knife, easily bend to a desire and the handle is great too. Although the size got me confuse, it's the length of blade only, not the whole thing.

I've fallen in love with this maker. I've built a small collection with this one as one of my favorites. It is razor sharp and nicely flexible. It is strong and has a good size, well made handle.Down side: you'll probably gain weight from wanting to use this knife every night to cut up then consume some good meat. Pro tip: get a sous vide machine.

Fantastic knives for RV use. The plastic sheath has excellent retention and allows versatile storage of the knives.
