However, if you are looking for blue light filtering glasses these are not effective. They don’t reduce eye strain and stop headaches. Nevertheless, if you’re trying to level up your style? These do not block blue light at all. I've done tests and it isn't blocking anything. All blue light charts look exactly the same wearing them or not.
