Everyone is different, but I personally didn’t notice any improvement to my digestive symptoms. If anything, the product seemed to make me feel a tad more bloated than normal. That’s probably more a reflection on me and my sensitive stomach, though, and not a reflection on the product. The product itself seems very high-quality. If they had any benefits, they weren’t readily apparent. The pills smell a little cheesy, but that’s to be expected with post-biotics. The scent was very subtle and didn’t bother me. The pills didn’t have an unpleasant taste, and they were easy to swallow. I believe they’re priced appropriately for what you’re getting. The manufacturer seems very reputable. I was offered a refund, which I appreciated. Reviewing supplements is difficult, because even a high-quality product might not agree with you. This is one of the best Magnesium supplements I’ve ever used. I have purchased more than a few that didn’t do anything, but this one really works and is affordable.

I take this for leaky gut. Extended release because it's the triglyceride form.I wish it didn't have sorbitol, but at least there is no unpleasant smell, taste, or burp.

I thought this product was meant to reduce gut inflammation, but after taking it for a few days I started to notice the opposite.A few minutes after taking it, I start to notice that I feel more itchy and inflamed. I looked at the ingredients, and realized it's not pure tributyrin. My guess is that it's the sorbitol which is feeding the bad bacteria.I really wanted this product to work, but I can't continue using it if it is making my health worse.
