Great first time buckwheat hull pillow
This is my third buckwheat hull pillow and second from Lofe. This pillow has an internal baffle, basically some fabric connecting inside to kind of create 3 "tubes" which help the pillow retain its shape. My first Lofe pillow was the standard queen which I absolutely love. I find the baffle in this pillow helps it keep its shape more than the standard. This may be an advantage for someone who hasn't used a buckwheat pillow before. Initially they can seem jarring compared to a traditional pillow. This pillow is also less noisy than the standard, however after years of using them it doesn't bother me in either case. The quality of the item is excellent with a nice pillow case that includes a solid zipper. The zipper sits into a little pocket that keeps the hulls sealed inside the case.I still prefer the standard queen version without baffle because I find it easier to shape and support my neck. I will probably continue to use that one. That being said, the baffle version is excellent and I would still recommend it to someone interested in a buckwheat pillow that hasn't used one before.

Good For Side Sleepers
I hadn’t used a buckwheat pillow in almost a decade. I forgot how good they are. This one’s really good for side sleepers. It’s got enough fill to where your head doesn’t dip (and I have pretty broad shoulders). I put a silk pillowcase on mine. Not too loud when you move. I’m sold on it.

Shapes to fit your head and space for your ear!
This is a review of the Lofe Buckwheat Pillow.I had purchased another Lofe buckwheat pillow, a small pillow, and decided to try this full-size 20x26" pillow especially given its size and baffle construction. The pillow arrived in great shape as it was packed in a box that was in a shipping box. I covered it with a standard pillow case, and put it "to work" that night. Since then I've been sleeping on it every night and I'm pleased with my purchase and my purchase experience.I have found that it provides the right amount of support for me when lying on my side, and also when I'm on my back, and it even provides good head support when I'm on my back and reading. I've found with conventional down or polyester pillows, I'm punching the pillow to provide the support my head needs when sleeping. There's no need to do that with this pillow.A side benefit is that it's heavier than the usual pillow, and thus it helps keep my sheets from getting untucked!I recommend this full size buckwheat pillow.

I returned this product
I returned the product as it was way to huge for my liking, moreover the buckwheat was very loose and spread out, I would like the buckwheat to be tightly fitted within the stitches that run across which was not the case and that didn't help resting my neck / head, other than that the quality of manufacturing is fantastic

Large Size, Stuffed!
I have always wanted a buckwheat hull pillow so I was really excited when I saw this. First thing - this particular pillow is larger than I thought it was going to be! I recall seeing these cute small little ones in the store back in the day and this one is at least 2-3x larger. Not complaining. I like a nice sized pillow. The pillow has tiny black specks on the cover - at first I was concerned, but the leaflet in the package stated that this was normal. I tried to see if they brush off, but they are actually in the cotton itself. There is also a bit of an interesting smell to this pillow - and again, the leaflet explains that it is normal due to the buckwheat hulls themselves. The company states they do not chemically treat the buckwheat so it will retain its natural odor. It is not overly strong or offensive, but it is definitely noticeable. It states that if you empty the hulls out of the cover and let them sit out in the sun for a day or so, it should allow the smell to dissipate. Not at that point yet personally. The pillow itself is fairly nice, but out of the box, it is a tad bit too hard and a bit uncomfortable. I do like that it can be formed and shaped to provide support where you want/need it - but it comes stuffed pretty full and, in my opinion, you really need to empty it out a bit in order to get it right. It is all personal preference. Once the filling is adjusted, it allows for a better cradle for the head and neck, and allows airflow through so it doesn’t trap heat - my head tends to get hot - this helps me stay cool overnight. Important as we are approaching the hot summer months. So far, happy with this. The leaflet states it takes about two weeks on average to get acclimated to a new pillow, but after some tweaks, I am enjoying this one.

Great for almost everything
I had already purchased a smaller version of the buckwheat pillow and really liked how easy it is to mold, so I was excited to check out the larger version. It’s been awesome as a leg pillow and propping up for back support on the couch, and it’s big enough for two people to use. I’ve even used it as a meditation pillow and it was a great size and shape for that too. It’s a huge help with my typical back pain, and I don’t think I can go back to non- buckwheat pillows after adjusting to these.

Love this pillow!
This is my third buckwheat pillow. My first two were on the smaller side and I wanted one full-size. I was surprised at how big is actually is when it arrived. Initially I thought it was too firm and I would have to remove some of the buckwheat. However after sleeping on it a couple of nights, I realized it is perfect as is. It is firm, but also molds easily to my head and neck. If you like a soft, mushy pillow, this is not for you, but if you like something firm, moldable, and also adjustable, this may be perfect for you. Also, being bigger, it is much more aesthetic looking when sitting on the made bed.
