How to put it together if you not us
This came all neat in a box. Instruction was a bit complicated but straightforward to put together like a jigsaw puzzle. It is sturdy enough and a great equipment to motivate working abs and stretching.

Good
Was easy to assemble until I got to the part where the spring had to be assembled. The machine is ok. I would say it is better for someone who is starting out with fitness. I found even the highest resistance to be too easy. To overcome this, I use a kettle bell weight whilst doing my ab work. My only real complaint is that some of the foam rollers were squished out of shape and remain so. Not a defect worth sending back for though, just an irritating cosmetic issue.

Simple assembly Effective machine
Simple enough to assemble. It took me half an hour. I’m impressed with the build quality and am already feeling better. Great machine. Great value imho.

Mediocre quality and not for tall people
Following the documentation was a bit difficult as you keep flipping pages forward and backward. The pictures are small and render difficulty to match the component numbers with the one from the pictures while keeping track with the instructions. Some of the screws and connective/adjustive parts are were already attached to the main pieces which I found a bit confusing.I'm not finding the product very high quality. The holes in the bars are not aligned very well and make the connected components wobbly. I also had to remove some left-over metallic material from the holes as it was difficult to insert the screws. The left over material could damage the screws. The piece adjusting the back resistance level is made out of plastic which is prone to damage. It's also impossible to adjust the back resistance level w/o disabling the springs which involves unscrewing the screws holding them stable and screwing them back to keep the springs secure in place.I'm 187 cm in height. While testing it out I felt quite significant pressure in the sacrum/coccyx bone area (most bottom bones of your spine) which can be a problem especially to people with sensitivity in those areas or conditions like ex pilonidal cysts or hemorrhoids

Missing parts. Customer service/correspondence was okay. Had to get a refund.
I ordered this a couple of months ago. It arrived earlier than planned, which is great, but I was unable to assemble it because I didn't have the time off to do it. When I did, I realised it was missing quite a few parts, including a lock pin, two adjustment/lock knobs, as well as several screws and washers. I had missed the refund/return date by two days, but I wasn't interested in a refund, I just wanted the missing parts.I took photos of everything, one such photo I've included in this review. The photos showed all the parts that *did* come with the machine, and the instruction booklet where I'd highlighted the missing parts, and I sent them in an email to the seller asking for help. Five days later, I still hadn't heard back from them, so I re-sent the email and added that I would need to seek further guidance on my legal warranty via Amazon. The seller then replied the following day, offering me a monetary amount of about 1/3 of the price of the machine, to buy the missing parts as "they should be universal". I expressed concern that these parts, particularly the first ones mentioned above, were not universal. But I understood their hands might be tied with the deadline being passed, and with the pandemic, and I truly didn't want to seem unreasonable. I asked if they could at least point me in the direction of where to order the parts from.Another day or two later, they replied telling me to just send the machine back and they'd give me a new one. I told them Amazon wouldn't let me do that as I'd passed the return deadline. They told me to contact Amazon. So I did. I reached out to Amazon customer service, and spoke to someone there. They helpfully reminded me that they couldn't give me a refund. I insisted, again, I didn't want a refund, I just wanted a working machine. I asked them to read the correspondence I'd had with the seller, which was sent via Amazon's messaging service, and pointed out that the seller suggested I contact Amazon for help. Amazon read the exchange, then decided it was better to just refund me - which was frustrating, but maybe it was easier on everyone's end to just collect the machine and give me my money back.I then had to repack everything, and take a day off work so that they could collect it. The day that it was picked up, I'd gotten another email from the seller again telling me to contact Amazon. I replied that I did, that they were arranging a refund, and that there were no hard feelings. I did get my money back in full about two days after it was collected. I didn't hear from the sellers again.I am aware that there were one or two reviews that mentioned missing parts etc, and I was one of those customers who thought that maybe those people were few and far between, and that it wasn't likely to happen to me. Until it did. My only advice at this point, as the consumer, is to checklist the parts as soon as the product arrives! Not only so that you can rectify it without all the trouble I went to, but also for peace of mind that it's all accounted for.Again, I still don't have any hard feelings towards the seller. I'm glad the issue was rectified in some manner.
