Excellent product
This stuff is excellent. I used this on my wife’s 5 year old mini’s rubber and plastics, it’s made them look almost new. I will definitely recommend this product.

Excellent Results
Excellent results .Easy to apply. One bottle wasn’t quite enough to complete an R56 Mini Cooper . I managed to complete all the exterior visible trim but there wasn’t quite enough to do the plastic on top of the sills in the door shuts .

Back to black that lasts.
The surprising thing about GTechniq C4 is the tiny bottle of liquid you get. Even the 30mm size , which is what I used , is still only the size of a vape liquid bottle.First thing you’ll say to yourself is “what the hell am I supposed to do with that?” but as it turns out , I managed to do mine AND my wife’s car and still had a little bit left over.If you only have the one car to do , buy the 15mm size which should be enough. The little makeup remover pads that come with it (4 in total) are not great , but ok , but you’ll probably need a few more , so go upstairs to your wife’s unbelievably disorganised dressing table (I can’t be the only one) and nick a few of hers as they’re exactly the same.If you are doing this outside , check the weather forecast for the next couple of days as this needs to cure for at least 12 hours before getting wet.Make sure the plastics of your car are clean and free of dirt then apply 4 to 5 drops on the pad which is all that’s required and will surprisingly cover a substantial area. It’s been 9 months since I applied this and I regularly wash the car and it’s still holding up well and has absolutely no signs of needing another application as the plastics still look a rich black.Other products I’ve used , albeit cheap , even when dried out over days in the hot sun still tend to run after it’s been rained on and can see run marks down the paintwork particularly around the wing mirrors…Not so with C4.Also , you’d be lucky to have 2 weeks before needing to apply again with standard “back to black” type chemicals from Halfords, so C4 is definitely worth investing in.In my view , it’s the best and longest lasting plastic blackener I’ve used and will definitely buy more when needed

Plastic restorer, scratch remover, protection.
Amazing stuff, I had some scratches on my composite decking and after applying this they became invisible. So useful for many applications.

Works really well!
I should have started using this years ago! Previously I had used the gel type trim freshers, which make the trim look great, but then have entirely washed off after a few weeks in the rain or a couple of decent washes. This stuff is rather expensive, but it lasts much much much longer. I've had to do little touch-ups here and there after 6 months, but it's exceptionally durable, and really does restore trim to an as-new look.

This is good stuff for faded black bumpers
I have an old campervan and the bumpers and black panels were looking really dull, grey and washed out. I tried all sorts of other products and nothing really worked particularly well or lasted for any decent amount of time. Despite the price of C4, I trusted other reviews and went for it. It is very good stuff. It works very well and restores the tired grey bumpers and plastic panels back to black and the results last.Follow the instructions properly, shortcutting will not give you good results. Do not apply this in heat or sun, it won’t dry properly and goes sticky. Like I say, follow the instructions properly and you won’t go wrong. I would say that it lasts for approx 8 -12 months before my bumpers start to turn a bit faded again. The little bottle goes a long way. I bought make up remover pads and used them to apply and it worked fine. Cheaper than the pads that you can buy with the product. I would definitely recommend C4, just wish it was cheaper as it is very pricey.

Doesn't do what it says on the tin!
Permanent it is not. Good in the short term, but it's just like all the other trim restorer products. Good initial coverage then it fades and after a few car washes your back to square one.
