Great quality.
Really great quality. This has been in my kitchen nearly a year now and it’s never leaked and looks as good as it did on the day it was installed. Highly recommend. Better than anything I’ve bought from UK brands.

Does not come with BSP fittings
Fittings are not UK specification Unable to fit as a replacement without getting unspecified fittings. No fitting instructions with tap. Not supplied from a UK supplier so cost a fortune to send back

These are very good quality with a real solid and shiny brass look to them. Not your usual rubbish.

Not as long as advertised
Bought this as we needed a long reach tap to stop water splashing around our sink. Diagram shows the tap is 26cm long which would have been ideal but it’s actually only about 22cm long, the same as our existing tap.

Constantly dripping after only 6 months!!!
Looked reasonable quality but after a few months and after the ‘return window’ stated on Amazon, it started dripping and can’t be resolved by a plumber who suggested we returned it as faulty for a refund but I am struggling with finding out how to do this!!!
