I could not sleep at night without knowing my baby is safe. This all thanks to the Owlet system. Both the camera and sock are easy to set up and connect. It can also easily be removed and used for vacations or other trips. The quality of the picture is great and I love the ability to zoom. The only thing I wish I could do is move the monitor from the app on the phone. If the camera needs to be adjusted, it has to be done by hand.

This product worked OK in the beginning but quickly started malfunctioning and always going off-line. And resetting it was a pain. Moreso, it has a bright blue light that shines in your baby’s face at night and blinks if it’s malfunctioning, which became pretty regular. We were actually quite surprised at how bad this thing worked. I’ve had cameras for other things work much better and cost a lot less.

Easy to use and set up! Love this for added peace of mind.

My fav! I love everything owlet. I love how I can see his stats and everything on my app and love that I can save cute clips of my baby. If I had to complain about anything it would be better quality in color and night time when you wanna zoom in a bit.

I love this camera. It was easy to assemble and you are able to watch your baby from your phone and speak thru the camera.It also detects motion, sound and crying and will send notifications to your phone.Another cool part is it will also monitor the temperature and humidity of the room and alert if the temperature is not comfortable for babies.

I am a big fan of the owlet sock but the cam is the worst I’ve experienced.Issues:- takes multiple minutes to load the video feed- constantly reports “high noise,” and marks the room “uncomfortable,” even when he is not crying and his hatch is on super low- temperature reading is off by 4-5 degrees F- does not track sleep is basically useless as anything as a glitchy camera

I cant stress how disappointing this camera is. We originally got it as part of the camera/sock package, and the sock did work just fine, but the camera had constant internet connection issues from the moment we set it up. After only a few hours, it would lose connection again, requiring us to disconnect it from power and reboot it. This went on repeatedly for several weeks before the camera ultimately stopped working completely. Customer service was also an unpleasant experience, as we had to repeatedly call/email them in an attempt to get a replacement camera. It took about a month of back and forth before a replacement finally came. Unfortunately, the 2nd camera worked no better, and could not stay connected to wifi. We were told our router was too far away (it is in the adjacent room), but just to cover all of our bases we went and got a range extender and set up a 2Gh network in our nursery that only this camera would be connected to. Despite the "excellent" connection status, this camera still would regularly lose connection as well. We decided to give it one more go, and rather than have to deal with customer service again we just went ahead and bought a replacement. And guess what? Exact same issues. There is clearly a defect in this product, as others have reported a similar issue. Would not recommend this to anyone.
