These are the most beautiful paints!
These are the most beautiful paints! The only word to describe them is stunning - they feel amazing on the brush and lay down so well. They work well with regular watercolours too and I'm so happy with them. The only thing to bear in mind is that they are not in a case. They come in a cardboard tray and for storage you have to use the plastic retail carton they ship in. It's a real shame because it makes them a bit inconvenient for the way I use them, but that's the only negative about this set - the paints are so good that I can't even dock a star for it.If you're on the fence, just treat yourself!

Very interesting addition to ones paints!
These were really interesting paints, not like any other colour in my watercolour sets; the colours mite seem a tad austere but actually they are really earthy, they dry beautifully, and would be great for animals and birds, building and cities, and portraits. For the price, I think they really make a good addition to ones palette, and I think they encourage one to paint monochrome, which can be very exciting and challenging. Someone's we can get seduced by all the incredible colours on offer these days and skip over the simpler colour schemes. Worth the money, full pans that feel like they'll last for ages. Re the metallic effect from 'rubbing' after it dries, I'm not so sure, couldn't make it happen but I'll keep experimenting and try and get back to u on this point!

Graphite paints
These paints are can interesting addition to my collection especially as they are also tinted in different shades. Although I have not used them much they have been useful for some dark background areas.

Great paints worth every penny
I love these paints very easy to use, depth of colour and atmosphere, the paintings at the top are me playing with the depth of colour they give to a painting or a pastel effect if needed. Would highly recommend them, I have a few friends in art group are buying a set as they too love the colours you can create.

Interesting
Strange, but intense colours, curious, but subtle side effect. Still lots to learn about it. Would be recommended for decorative painting.
