We do regular house swaps and this is great to have securely locked outside so that we do not have to be there to hand over keys. Easy to set the lock and use.

Well presented, sturdy and weighty. Easy to fix to wall, and to reset pass code.My only real moan is that if you remove the “U” bracket, you leave two open holes in the top of the key safe. Obviously thus allowing a large unwanted amout of rain water to collect inside, (not good) if two tiny rubber plugs were supplied with the safe, then problem solved, happy days, a big positive tick for customer relations.

The lock box fixed easily to my fencing and has been super useful to let tradesmen in etc. the code is easily changed so was very happy until I locked myself out one day and the lock box decided to jam. No idea why but the code wouldn’t work, I know it was the correct code because I checked it a few days earlier as was going away. £100 later a locksmith had to break it open. Really annoyed as the one time I needed it for the purpose I bought it for - it failed me.

Tough and reliable. The hook means no unnecessary drilling or raw plugging. We have placed it around the grab bar by my mother’s back door. The district nurses are very pleased with it.
