Works like a charm. This one is more expensive than most WIFI routers, but for good reason. It is extremely easy to setup and it has some really useful features which you wont find on normal routers like d-link or tp-link and linksys. You can control wifi signal by each device and even setup timings for device to start and stop. I can control my child's usage because her mobile stops getting wifi signal at specific timings. I get alerts whenever a new device joins the network. If you are already using Google wifi, then I recommend that you buy this nest wifi and use your google wifi device as a point for extended coverage. Since this is mesh system, it works much better than wifi extenders.Few drawbacks are 1. Etisalat will not do configuration for this router. So you will have to continue using the router provided by Etisalat and connect this nest router to your etisalat router. 2. This does not have USB port. So you cannot connect external HDDs to use as media server on Kodi or VLC.

Found quite dodgy to set up, may be my fault. Works well, even though I have not stretched it to anywhere near the limits.

The model you’re selling is GA00595-UK, not US as advertised. This makes a lot of difference since I’m trying to install it within a mesh with US components, and UK model is not compatible.

Initially I purchased 2 Google nest wifi mesh system routers to cover dead wifi points in the house but finished buying an extra one. So, I have 3 Google nest wifi router (apparently routers are having stronger signal) in total.Google nest wifi routers do not have that strong signal as per Google advertisements and marketing, and have bouncing wifi signal (yo-yo effect) as well.Still feeling sorry that I did not buy TP-link home mash wi-fi to save money and probably to get more reliable wifi home network. I've been very happy with TP-link router and extender that I am still using aside Google nest wifi routers.

This is Router with WIFI (802.11ac), and also can support Mesh solution. A single device can cover my full appartment size (2500 sqm) - well placed. You may need additional device if you have bigger space to cover.This device can be managed from Google Home app (available on Appstore and Playstore). But Google WiFI is only available on Playstore for the UAE region, and it is not available on AppStore. You may need it only if you want to have advanced configuration (DHCP, static, DDNS, and analytics).

This isn’t a router. I don’t know why amazon can’t simply change the description to point rather than router and mislead everyone and waste everyone’s time in the process
