I absolutely LOVE this product! It glides on smoothly and stays on until I wash it off. I have never found a better eye brow product that looks so natural and does not smear.

I was so excited when I got this product but was greatly disappointed & had to throw it away. I don’t believe my product was damaged as it came in sealed packaging. I made sure to read all instructions prior to use to ensure best results. Did a test stroke on my hand, lines looked amazing! I started on left eyebrow(makeup free face as other reviewers advised). Only had half of eyebrow filled, looking good super natural, I continued on the arch & tail when I noticed the ink was no longer marking my skin (this was no more then 2 mins of having opened the product). I reread the instruction to ensure I was using it correctly-hoping I was doing something wrong, sadly i was not. I tried a stroke on my had but nothing came out & pen tip felt extremely dry. I capped & shook it, placed it upside down as instructed & let it be while I showered. **I didn’t want to wash off what I had already done because it looked really nice, accidentally did get some shampoo running on it, patted it dry, was happy to see it was still all there. 2 hrs passed, I shook & opened the pen in hopes of finishing at-least the started eyebrow, only to find the pen still completely dried up. I kept it in the upside down position for 3 days, checking each day to see if the ink had saturated the brush but it was dry as can be so I threw it away 😞 very very sad because I had such high hopes for this product & the 2 minutes I was able to use it the lines looked great & it didn’t wash off super easy. I know from reading other reviews that I was not the only buyer this happened to, I hope they can find a way to fix this issue because it definitely has potential to be an amazing eyebrow product.

I have thin, sparse eyebrows and have used many different brow pencils over the years. Most of these pencils are crayon-like and look drawn on. When I saw the huge number of positive reviews for this product I decided to give it a try. This is the BEST brow pencil I’ve ever used. It glides on smoothly, is very easy to control and shape, and looks natural. One application lasts 2 days minimum with a small touch up the second day. I don’t go for the ‘heavier brow look’ as my hair is fine/thin also and thinner brows look best on me.On a side note I contacted Customer Service to inquire how long I might expect the pencil to last. Make sure you follow the directions for properly storing the pencil, upright with the tip down. Customer Service is excellent, prompt in responding. They wrote back to me the next day that it will last 1-2 months and I find this very acceptable for the results I enjoy.

I’ve been using this product for a week, and I’ve tried different techniques and here are my observations. 1. It’s a little intimidating but practice makes perfect.2. It works best for my semi-full brows by using Arched/Straight Brows styles. 3. It lasts for hours and is doesn’t leave product behind. 4. I believe for more natural brow, using a lighter colour is best.5. There’s no way to control the amount of product that disperses from the tip but adjusting the pressure (of your hands) and storing properly helps tremendously. 6. I would expand the shade range by adding two colours (med dark - deep) so that a wider variety of consumers can try this product. Overall I would rate this an 8/10 and I would add this to my circular of brow products. I also recommend using this product on a clean dry face for the best application, this is not for someone who applies powered to your brows before applying product (the product doesn’t oil up). For reference, I am within the dark shade range and opted for the ‘Black 1’, I am also a Makeup Artist with a few years experience, before trying this product I’ve only used Brow Pencils and Pomades with Pencils being my main preference. I hope this review was helpful and that you give this product a try.

I ordered and received this item in June but didn't use it until this week (two months later). After one use the item seems dried out as it no longer works. Inside the box it says there is a 90 day money back guarantee so I've attempted to return it. I learned that if it's purchased on Amazon it's only a 30 day return. So, my only choice is to replace it at my cost. I do like the product and the grey color is perfect with my grey hair. I will try it again but the customer service they guarantee isn't there.
