I have been taking this for about a month now, and I love it! I think it works great. It has completely calmed me down. I have a temper and can be quick to get annoyed and this stuff has stopped all of that. I'm even noticing memory improvement, which is great because I just turned 60 and have noticed a decline in my short term memory. I started taking it a couple of weeks before the thing I went to stay a week with my 5 grand children while their parents (my son and dil) were out of state for a week. Their ages are 14, 13, 9, 7, and 3. I didn't want to be grouchy or impatient with them. And it totally helped. I'm a new person!! I love it :)

I like that is a very safe low dose of Lithium OROTATE. Take it based on what I read our soils are depleted of this mineral. I feel better after I take it specially when I feel very stressed out. Wish it would be better priced. I have it on a subscription basis,

I hardly ever write reviews. I’m not getting anything for this review. BUT Let me tell you that I feel so much better since starting these. I was honestly afraid that I was going to have to talk to my dr about giving me something but I’m shocked at how much better I’m feeling since taking these and it’s only been a couple of weeks! I have tried supplement after supplement so I wasn’t really expecting anything. I even feel like I have more energy after taking these. They’ve worked with amazing results for me.

This supplement is like the fountain of youth for people who want to look and feel younger. It has strong anti-inflammatory effects, your skin looks younger, less saggy and your scars will be less noticeable, it helps get rid of joint/back pain, it helps you build muscle, it makes your memory better. I just take one at night and I’m always consistent with it because it takes a while to get used too it while it builds up in your system and if you just take it randomly it won’t work.
