Beautiful design. Keeps ice very well. It’s on the smaller side, but that’s what I wanted. Also works well to keep a bottle of white wine chilled.

When my S’well ice bucket arrived, I was impressed with how it looked and how well insulated it is but I quickly realized it was missing the lid and the tongs However, when I received it, the bag was open so I’m guessing those items got lost in transit. Luckily I was able to contact the S’well company rather than just returning it and risking it getting thrown into a landfill. They immediately responded and are sending me the missing pieces. I love this ice bucket. Customer service was amazing rectifying this issue so quickly. Thank you.

This ice bucket is super cute! I was surprised because I thought it would be teak wood but it is stainless steel made to LOOK like teak, which is better. It is small, though. Perfect for really small parties, but too small to entertain my whole family.

My ice never melted in this thing. It was a bit smaller than I expected so just read the dimentions before buying. But honestly I didn't have to refill it so I guess it was the right size for a party of 25ish.

Very pretty! I don’t really care for the tongs and use a scoop. Holds the ice for a very long time. I use it often as I often host bridge parties. I have many of their Swell Bottles and this was a good addition and value for the money.

product arrived on schedule. Only received the bucket, no lid or tongs. Apparently this is not uncommon. Read some reviews regarding this product and found that others have had the same issue.
