buy these!- good quality parts, nicely packaged and priced right
good quality parts, consistently assembled, look nice. the individually color coded wires are nice too.my application is to light the front fender turn signal indicators on my 67 dodge. originally lit by an small inandescent filament bulb in 1967, i was unsure what color would yield the amber look i needed in the end, so this assortment pack is perfect. i assumed id want the yellow or orange leds to light the indicator, i was surprised when i learned WHITE gave the right color in the end! Glad i bought this assortment, as i have lots of colors and bulbs left to tinker with the countless other projects in the back of my mind 🙂not as bright as i hoped, but i didnt know what to expect or how to measure the lux or lumens anyway.overall a great value for the money

Seem OK, remarkably uniform brightness & amp draw, but run hot
A good value for 120 pre-wired LEDs set up for 12V applications. The brightness across the colors is remarkably uniform (LEDs of different colors often have greatly different luminous intensities - these are very similar). Uniform amp draw across all colors at 22-23 mA. The resistors do run rather hot at standard automotive system voltages (13.6 - 13.8 V), but the wires seem to act as a sufficient heat sink. A 36-hour test in 95° ambient temperatures showed no problems, even if they were almost too hot to touch. We'll see how durable they are in service.

Bright, colorful LEDs ready to go for 12 volt applications
I have an older sidecar motorcycle and I wanted to relocate the alternator warning light and high beam indicator to the speedometer from external lamps. These were perfect for the job, but for best results you should have 3mm led mounts to get professional looking results. These are available for a very low price.I did put a dab of blue paint over the blue one to reduce the brightness a bit since the high beam indicator can be on for a long time in rural riding. I left the alternator one as is because I want it to be bright as it signifies a problem. The biggest hurdle I had was attaching spade plugs to the wires of the leds to connect to the existing wiring as the wire gauge is much smaller than that needed for incandescent lamps.

They work great!
What slow flashing or flassing as they call it means is that it is not blinking between light changes, but doing a very slow RGB changing through the colors of the rainbow. So far I have had a less than ten per cent failure, which is actually quite good for this kind of product. The product information says 9 to 12 volts, but they actually work very well with USB 5 volts.

different colors are different brightness
They push securely into a 3/16" hole, and the supplied resistors limit the current sufficiently for 12V. One star off because the green ones are dim and the orange ones are bright. Others seem to be in between. I bought these for cheap indicators on existing equipment (pry the case open, drill, push out through the case) but if I were using them for fancy multi-color panels I'd adjust the resistor values to even up the brightness. Some are not very visible in bright interior light, none will show up well outdoors. But that's not what I bought them for, and there ARE lots of LEDs in a good assortment of colors.

Great pre-wired LED assortment!
The LEDs arrived packed in a purpose-made square box (9 x 9 x 0.5"). The LEDs were packed sorted by colors in individual resealable antistatic bags, marked with the color, voltage range (9V to 12V), and wire color. The cathode wire is always black, the anode wire is the same color as the LED. There is a built-in resistor installed on each LED assembly, but I don't know the value as the resistor and connections to the actual LED part are covered in heat-shrinkable sleeving. The other end of the wires are stripped about 1/4" each and are pre-tinned.The lit acceptably with about 7.5 volts, become decently bright at 12V. I did not try test them over a full voltage range. Their current draw at is about 10mA each. All in all, I am very impressed with the packaging and performance, and would buy this product again.

Comes in handy
Nice and bright, consistent, and works actually way down to about 2V (at reduced brightness of course) and operates up to about 15V, where the forward current is still trimmed to less than 15mA by the onboard transistor. I have used these as indicator lights for a number of projects ranging from pathway lights used at night time events to low voltage indicators to using one as a signal source to run a current amplifier flashing bigger LED chains. So far they are consistent in their performance and cost way less than assembling them by hand with discrete T1-3/4s

They work great on HO scale trains as customize lighting.
They came so fast i couldn't believe it. They come in orange, red, & green for customize Halloween decorations which I use a 12 V adapter on extension cords. I even found these work great in inflatable yard decorations to make them more noticeable. Use the separate 12 V adapter in stead of taking power from the blower. Run the cord threw the zipper then close it carefully.
