Q: How do you open the bottle?? Won't spray out.

Remove top, shake vigorously, and spray. If it doesn’t spray it is broken. I have ordered these for years and have never had a problem.

Q: I have dark blonde hair, how light is the blond color?

The light blond is very light. I wouldn't recommend for dark blonde hair.
