Easy to take with no taste or smell.
My dermatologist recommended this as I was having an eczema flare up which was compounded by the sun's rays. I put sunscreen in my face, but not my arms. Supposedly, this is supposed to help with your whole skin. I have no idea if it's working, but it's not hurting me. Easy to swallow and there is no taste or smell. I think of it as another vitamin and my skin feels good.

Visited my dermatologist last May; she recommended I take this while I go oversea to Asia for extra sun protection. I have hyperpigmentation skin. Every time I would go, I would come back to the US with more dark spots. But this time my skin did great. I’m still using it til this day. I’m on my 5th bottles.Highly recommend
