useful product for stress and mild sleeping issues
Always arrives promptly and the product is good. I notice when I've not taken for a while, it just gives me the edge sleeping, I get another hour's sleep and i sleep better

It really works!
This product is excellent. I have tried so many herbal remedies for my insomnia and nothing worked. The first time I used Melissa Dream I had the best nights sleep I have had in years and I don't get that drugged up feeling when I wake up.

Works sometimes, need to have it ~2 hours before sleep time
My opinion is that it works if you have 1 pill approximately 2 hours before bed time along with your dinner.- I try and avoid excess caffeine (as much as possible), I usually have one solid cup of coffee in the morning and avoid more coffee's later in day. I have decaf, if I really want to have another cup.- Have a proper sleep routine and stick to it (example, my dinner time is 8pm and I try to go to bed by 10pm or max by 11pm on weekends, unless there is a one-off thing)- Make sure you check with your doctor, as its important not to self prescribe or self diagnoseIf I follow a good diet, nice routine cardio/exercises, avoiding excess caffeine or alcohol, naturally your body will get good rest at night. If you have this pill (when you absolutely need it), it makes it easier for body to get better sleep. I've not seen any side effects so far.As always, please check with your doctor before consuming any form of medication (even if its natural).

Missing 40+ tablets absolutely disgusting
I’ve been using these for my disabled son and didn’t check box fully but as I’m half way through box I noticed 40+ tablets missing strips completely empty and on photos u can see they haven’t been touch or opened. I so disgusted as I’ve got no more for my son

I've heard great reports from others that this has helped but it didn't make any difference for me :-(
