Poor Quality cheap heating coil, after 2 years this product has failed.
Rubbish product, cheap quality, initially it worked ok but after just 2 years of using this product, it has failed, i wasted 400 pounds and it is also not safe. whilst removing the hot basket the handles wobbles because ethe tiny screw is loose, No Philips customer service, i emailed them NO RESPOSNE receive. I have lost trust in philips product. Philips i want my money refunded please.
