The rotimaker is not useful as it does not make soft and fluffy rotis. The heat is too much and the roti made is like sandpaper and unedible.

Amazon don't cheat
Amazon is making money by sending 3rd rated products with very less return validity so that they can make margins !!!!! I have ordered this for parents and it didn't work for even 7 days. My sincere advise not to order this Boss product !!!!!! Rest you experience then only realize........I rate Amazon "ZERO" for cheating your own valuable clients !!!!

Faulty Product Trips my 15AMP power line
On the 1st usage, the MCB started tripping indicating of a short circuit.Also the manual says that there are both green and red indicators but it has only one to indicate power.I had discarded the box due to COVID reasons so dont know if I can get a replacement.

Worst Product.........
We proceed for return and its shows return schedule was fixed on 06th july. On 06th july no one came for pick up and shows in order summary pick up was not done because not attempt call by our side but we have not received any call from that pic up boy.

Won’t recommend the product
A very cheap quality product the handle looks very fragile. The silver quoting of the product was already wearing off the moment I removed it from its box. With no time it felt lien a cheap product.
