Donkey Kong 64 Official Soundtrack

This is an ok soundtrack. If you liked the music when you were playing the game, then get it. It is missing a fair amount of music though. The Start Menu, Intro Sequence, K. Rool's Theme/Game Over, End Sequence, Pause Game, most of the Bosses, and much of the sub parts to the levels (different areas, different rooms, etc.) are just some of the things that are missing. But what is does have is acceptable.

This soundtrack has all my favorite songs from my favorite game, Donkey Kong 64. The only song it dosen't have is Snide's theme. But he is rather sly...maybe he's hiding out on the CD somewhere and I just haven't found him yet...

My son loved it. He plays it every day and sings along. He says its the original soundtrack. He dances to it too!

I saw this CD at Media Play. They were giving it away with the purchase of the  Donkey Kong 64  video game. I already had the game, but I wanted to get the soundtrack, because I liked the silly rap song that opens the game. I asked if it would be possible to buy one of the CDs, but they just gave me one for free. Like I said, I like the opening rap song, silly as it is. The rest of the soundtrack is instrumentals from the game. These instrumentals are played on synthesizers. They are somewhat amusing if you have played the video game.
