Decorcrafts Stainless Steel Teapot Green Tea Fliter Coffee Mesh Ball Infuser (Basket Shaped)

It’s cute and sturdy and does whats it is made for. If you are a frequent herbal or any leaf tea drinker, it is for you.

Fabricated with reasonably good SS mesh (so far no signs of corrosion, but have been using it sparingly and hand-washing with dish-washing liquid and a toothbrush after each use). Poor quality control - first pair that was delivered arrived with the hinge piece (fixed buckle) missing on one of the filters and the other was dented on top. The hinge and fasteners on the replacement pair had to be adjusted with pliers. Fine tea granules tend to come out of the mesh, but it is fine enough for the coarser granules (I use Brooke Bond Red Label and Tata Agni Special Blend teas). By and large it is a handy filter and the price is very reasonable. Tip: after adding tea granules/leaves and before immersing the filter into boiling water, shake/tap it a bit over the tea packet so the finer granules fall trough into the bag.

Ideal thing for healthy habits, this one is just perfect I started using this from past one day after using 5 uses I'm writing this review good quality product, easy to handle and perfect hanging system to drop in a cup. Coming to locking system of the cap is jus wow.. tea powder in it it won't come out such a perfect locking system. I'm jus loving the product and also using this kind of products in hot water are good for health instead of using tea bags. Exept one thing the mesh of this product is bit wide because the small tea particles or green tea leaves coming out although it's ok we can have it.

The way it looked and the way it feels is a bit vulnerable not the gauge ( thickness ) of material that should have been thereThough appreciate the design as it's far better for the herbal teas that I brew

Body is flexible due hinge and sockets not aligned to close, while opening lid, it is too tight to open, may cause injury due to mesh while it hot.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Quality is looking good and sturdy.lid is also locking

Only one drawbackIt is not suitable for tiny powder like teas

Excellent product as per cost. I have studied a lot of infusers that are available in the site. But this one is the best. Nearly 2 teaspoon of tea you can take atva time in one infuser. If you are indulge in to take tea dust, it is not for you. But if you like to take medium or large partical of tea leaves, this is the best.
