Phone stuck I international calling 1+Said set for ATT but everything Verizon. Had hard time getting switched. But all contracts for Verizon help not ATT shortcut contracts.

Phone incompatible with service provider
It took almost a month to receive the phone. Then the phone sent was the wrong phone….it was not compatible with my service provider. I had specifically identified my carrier and it was listed on the invoice; yet, it was the wrong phone type. Very unhappy.
