Works for me UPDATED
It almost feels like this cures chronic insomnia, rather than just putting you to sleep. It may be the GABA or something, but I feel more rested than I have in years.STOPPED WORKING AT ALL FOR ME AFTER ABOUT A MONTH. NOW IT IS WORTHLESS. NOTHING HELPS ANYMORE.

The title says it all
If your problem really is getting to sleep, this is the real deal. But be careful. The valerian really adds a kick to their regular Melatonin with Theanine. It leaves me with a bit of a dull hangover the next morning until my second cup of coffee. If all you need is a little help, I'd go with the Melatonin with Theanine. If you have real trouble getting to sleep, like I do on Sunday nights. This is the answer. Just don't expect to feel all bright and chipper in the morning.

Awesome for jet lag
Awesome for jet lag. I take a double dose about an hour before bedtime in the new time zone. It's a little hard to wake up but at least I get 6-7 hours of sleep vs. 2-3 without it. It makes those first few days a lot easier. I do the double dose for 3-4 days and then use a regular dose.

i really like this product, but....
I have been using this for quite a while, but can NO LONGER purchase it at a store..apparently it is going out of stock! I really HATE when you find something that WORKS! but then they discontinue it...I am not even sure If you will be able to get this on Amazon anymore..and then on top of it..have to pay for shipping!I would Give this 5 STARS..if i could still buy it locally! at A whole foods market!!

Works for some people
My daughter in law and a friend both swear by these but they didn't seem to do anything for me. I guess it's an individual preference. Can't fault the item because lots of things don't work for me that work for others.
