Have things improved
I had one of these and couldn’t get it repaired when it broke down, have things improved?

Very good sturdy hot tub, needs extra insulation
This is a very study hot tub, the controls are great , has Ozone sanitiser built in and the bubbles are very effective.Couple of things though, I did find pulling the inner liner onto the brackets too tight, I had to use a screwdriver to ease them on.Also it does seem to lose a bit of heat out the sides.
