great towers
I upgraded to these towers after being very impressed with the Boston RS260 bookshelf speakers that I was using. The highs are detailed but silky smooth and do not cause fatigue. The mids and lows are great too. bass is plentiful due to the 4 woofers and large rear port; I don't need my subwoofer for 95% of the music I listen to.The build-quality is very good. They weigh about 55 lbs. each. Aesthetically I would rate them higher than any other speakers I've seen in the price range. They are distinctive but not obtrusive or overly esoteric.
