No longer supported by Honeywell
This product was excellent and great to set up if you had all the additional smart plugs, bulbs etc. Unfortunately Honeywell seems to have stopped all EU support and only focused on the US, thus all services for remote access, the gateway, web page etc have stopped working.The honeywell UK page is now being redirected to Resideo. The globalguard webpage is gone.You can still use it locally, and may be able to access the alarm gateway if not initially registered with Honeywell online via the Windows Application/Software.These are the file you need, the camera one is optional if you want to use their very low resolution cameras:GlobalGuard PC setup software v1.5.1GlobalGuard CamplayInstaller-No.NET_v3.1.2
