Verizon LG enV2 VX9100 No Contract 3G Camera QWERTY MP3 Cell Phone Maroon

This is a very late review, but I'd be awful in not sharing my thoughts on this phone after being, due to total blindness, forced into a 'Smart Phone'.The ENV2 had easy-to-feel buttons on it both on the outside and on the inside, too. It also had a wonderful voice-over feature that was extra helpful in navigating the phone with extremely low vision.I ended up going through four of these until I had no choice but to get an iPhone. The iPhone offers a lot more accessibility for a totally blind individual but going from physical keys you can 'feel' to 'chicken-pecking' a flat keyboard has been very annoying.May you rest in peace, ENV2.

I was on vacation and my VLG EnV2 in black fell off the bed and I couldn't see the screen when I opened it. So sucked!! My brother was in Afganistan and was texting me but with the large text's I couldn't see anything past one sentence with it closed..was so glad that I was able to get on-line at the hotel and buy the same phone but in red. Received it rather quickly and was able to keep in communication with my brother before it was black out again.

I purchased this phone as a replacement for the last enV2 which I had dropped on the floor and broken. To put simply, it has been better in my experience to purchase a used phone that you know will hold quality than to pay $30 for your "free" phone from your provider of which you have no clue about its performance.When you know something works, stick to it. Especially if it's cheaper than going another route.

If you think your going to get a clean almost new phone forget it. What I received was a phone with a lot of wear on the case and a missing cover for the smart chip. Now don't get me wrong it did work and it is still working and solved my problem as an inexpensive replacement for my old phone. So it served it's purpose but I would have liked something that didn't look like it was rode hard and put way wet.

I purchased this plan because I do not want a data plan and many of the other models require a data plan. I did not want to increase my plan cost and this phone allows me to keep my current no data plan. The key board is convenient, phone is sturdy and durable, strong signal, decent features. A good buy and decent phone if you do not want a data plan.

Bought this one to replace an old one I had for years that would no longer charge. This one lasted 3 months and then the charging jack fell out of it. Not sure if I want to get a 3rd one or not, but I do like the phone a lot. It is small, simple, and has a qwerty keyboard - just the things I need - nothing fancy.....

This phone is great for texting and good for talking as long as you use a bluetooth headset. The mic on the phone doesn't work well at all. I had to reboot the phone before I called someone or they couldn't hear me. The speakerphone was terrible. I ended up ordering a new phone. I will never buy another LG phone.

I really like this phone for a basic phone with querty keypad for texting, good audible quality. BUT it turns off randomly and that just gets annoying with everyday use of a cell phone. I must say that the Brown Box company has been amazing with their customer service. Would highly recommend them.
