Hyland’s Motion Sickness, Nausea Relief Tablets, All Natural Treatment for Car and Sea Sickness, Quick Dissolving Tablets, (Pack of 1, 50 Count Total)

This Hyland's Motion Sickness remedy works VERY WELL for my kids who get motion sickness while passengers in vehicles for longer than short trips. I usually give them 2 tablets for my older kids & 1 for my younger ones, and within a few minutes they are good to keep going,I keep this on hand in my diaper bag & my teen has a bottle in her purse too. It is also a main staple in my home apothecary cabinet full of natural remedies...I have 1 whole shelf that is at least 95% homeopathics because they WORK so well for our family.Also, as with ALL homeopathics be sure to take it in a clean mouth (swish with some plain water before taking it). It is best NOT to brush your teeth, eat, or drink anything other than water for at least 15 mins. 30 is even better, but 15 works. There have been times when we've had to eat after 5 minutes & still reaped the benefits, so don't put too much thought into it. Just do your best.I WILL purchase it again & other Hyland's products! I literally have a few OTC pain meds, etc in our cabinet that we might use once every 4-5 years. Since I have really gotten into homeopathics the past few years, we have only had to use a RX med once, which is great in a large family, & that was for strep that kept lingering for one kiddo, even though the others beat it naturally. That doesn't mean we don't catch bugs, etc., but we have been able to get well again without drugs. We are very grateful they are there IF we need them, but we do know it is best NOT to use them unless absolutely necessary as they are not without risks & side effects, and homeopathics do NOT carry side effects & risks.

Living in a mountain town for 15 years, we make weekly trips up and down, through switchbacks and various degrees of sharp curves. The kids get so sick I feel like I’m losing them, lol! Every single time there’s the threat of vomit (often, it happens before I can stop), spinning heads, snuffed out energy, and it lasts for hour after. (I do go as slowly and gently around the curves as possible.) I had tried everything I could find at the pharmacies; Dramamine, bio bands, nausene, etc. None of them are as effective as these tablets. I give these to them 15-30 minutes before the climb or descent, crack the window an inch, and it’s like they were riding in a straight line. Plus, all others have tasted horrible AND upset their stomachs. These have a very mild flavor, dissolve almost instantly, and no upset to the tum tums! This company used to make teething tablets that got recalled. Those teething tablets were also LIFE SAVERS!!!! They made that whole experience a breeze compared to what my sisters went through with their kids. And my son never suffered any bad side effects or issues from whatever was in them that was the problem. I hope this particular aid NEVER gets recalled. They are simply the best. Better than all the rest. Better than anything, anything I ever tried. (Heeheehee)

My dog had issues with motion sickness. She threw up a couple of times and in general would drool a lot. I had looked up what i could do for dog motion sickness and i read a review that said dog motion sickness is just the same as people motion sickness and so giving the dog Dramamine would work just the same as it would in humans as long as the dosage was reduced to the correct for based on the dog's size. So this got me thinking to look for some people motion sickness medicine and i'm always a fan of doing the natural route anywhere i can. So then i found this product. I looked up the ingredients and make sure each one was safe for dogs and no issues there. Then i just figured out dosage based on size and give her 1/4 of a tablet right before we ride in the car. It seemed to do the trick. No more drool, no more throwing up and she seems happier. No more staring at the ground looking miserable, she now looks out the window and wags her tail and is much happier on car rides. I also sometimes get motion sickness and will try these myself next time i know i'm going to be on a windy car ride.

I really prefer the single remedies much better. I have been a faithful user of Hylands remedies but am so disappointed that we can no longer find single remedies

This product was great for use while riding in bumpy trains, buses, boats and airplanes to help get rid of the queasiness I experience. Would take a couple every few hrs, depending on the duration of the ride, and they worked like a charm. I was getting low in my supply, and wanted to order more and saw that they were not readily available on Amazon, and many other sources I checked, and those that were are very highly priced (more than double in price). After contacting Hylands directly, I was told that this product is no longer being manufactured and will not be replaced. Needless to say, its very disappointing.

This is my go-to for motion sickness, which I am very susceptible to. Previously I would take Dramamine or Bonine, but they would make me so drowsy and essentially all but knock me out. It took an incredible amount of willpower to not just doze off for hours each time I took once those two OTC pills. With this, I just melt two under my tongue before getting on a plane and then also prior to getting in a car (as a passenger). It’s not as effective as Dramamine or Bonine (I still get slightly queasy once in a while, especially in a NYC cab), but it’s a heck of a lot better than arriving at a meeting feeling like a zombie and feeling so embarrassed to be dozing off. My husband also appreciates that when I get back from a business trip, we don’t lose a day (as we previously did) to my sleeping off the Dramamine or Bonine until it would finally wear off.
