This body wash came up as a recommendation when I was searching for another brand. I wasn’t aware that this is carried by retailers like Neiman Marcus and Anthropologie. The packaging is clean and modern and the fragrances offered have a sophisticated blend. I was torn between the Basil body wash and the Black Rose. I picked the Basil & Neroli and I love the fragrance- it’s clean, fresh, can be used by me or by boyfriend as it’s not too feminine or masculine, just clean seaside like vibe. The texture is smooth and thicker as you apply it to a shower puff, decent lather but not so much you fill the bottom of the shower. I am really impressed with this line and I will definitely try the other fragrances and products that Salt & Stone produces. I was lucky enough to score it on a Prime Day Deal. I like how they offer refills in packets so you can keep the container with pump that you have. This kind is definitely worth a try if you’re looking to try something different and you like clean, coastal fragrances.

Product is very nice - scent is good but smells more masculine than feminine to me. I love neroli and hoped this would smell like others I've used before. Skin feels good after washing with it. Recommendations for another scent that is more feminine (not rose please!).

I'm old and I live in the Arizona desert so you know that my skin is dry. This body wash not only smells great and cleans great, but it also actually leaves my skin moisturized enough that I don't need to apply lotion. I was totally amazed and was not expecting that benefit. One day I used it as shampoo because I was curious. Left my scalp feeling fresh and hair soft. The bottle is huge and you need very little gel - it will last a long time. I totally recommend!

The smell is amazing, maybe because I can’t smell all that well I just wish it was a little stronger. Also, I don’t think it goes as far as others have stated, like it doesn’t lather that well. So I feel like I need to use more which is a bummer because of how expensive it is. I would order again though, it smells so good and makes my skin feel so moisturized.

Far and away the best body wash I’ve ever tried. I tried the bergamot and hinoki wash and I absolutely love the scent of it. It’s not overpowering like most body washes, it lasts long and it leaves my skin feeling smooth all day. Some people complained about the pump but I’ve had zero issues with it.

Similar to what other reviews have stated, the spout is problematic. Not only was the packaging a complete nightmare, with the box it was in crushed at the top to the point that the box was fully open, but the product itself was damaged making it so the spout doesn't work. This is largely a fulfillment shipping issue, but the company should consider that this is a clearly large complaint from numerous buyers and redesign their packaging so that it holds up better in shipment. Having a "luxury priced" item arrive damaged is infuriating, and it takes away from the review of the actual product being sold. The product itself seems great. It suds nicely, cleans well, feels moisturizing, and smells great. However, based on packaging alone, I wouldn't buy this product again unless they changed something.

This product is worth the price! Lathers well and the scent is clean and doeant dry out your skin. I was impressed by the quality. I highly recommend this.

It's citrusy (lemon) with a touch of earthiness. I don't smell the advertised base notes of eucalyptus, amber, or orange blossom. I don't need a scent to linger on me, but I love a shower product that makes my bathroom smell like a spa when I'm done. This is not it.Product design. Hate the pump.1/5Another review was spot on - the head of the pump should extend out past the top of the bottle or it should be taller. On top of that, you have to remove and clean the pump to be able to dispense it for the first time? Wasted product at this price? Not a fan. When you have to include special instructions on how to open the product - there are videos, folks! - maybe you should consider a different pump for your product.Product is sold by volume, so expect the bottle to be less than full. The bottle is transparent (frosted-like) plastic and feels 'soft'. Minimalist aesthetic and packaging.Overall, I wouldn't recommend. With so many better options available, I would look elsewhere.
