Works as promised! I keep track of my ketone levels and when I'm lower, I drink this to boost! Works every time!

I went on Keto and did very well. But then I plateaued for 3 weeks and became very frustratied. I tried this powder (with caffeine) and immediately began losing weight again. For me, it was just one-scoop in the morning and I began losing a 1 pound every day! When I finally went off Keto, I'd lost 105 lbs! I tried other powdered supplements and not one of them performed like InstaKetones. I have to admit I dislike the orange/salty taste, but it works and that's all I care about. Good stuff! 290 pounds down to 185!

Very tasty compared to the other ketone supplements I’ve tried - creamy and tangy orange flavor. I like the addition of caffeine - good for an afternoon boost at work. I don’t know if I see any real benefits to this product however, ie just raising ketone levels provides no noticeable outcome. But it’s a good product if you want a ketone supplement. Nicely packaged and reasonably priced compared to other options (such as Pruvit).

It tastes bad but it works

I feel duped... I wish I would have done more research on this company before my purchase.I follow a super strict Keto plan. And thus has done nothing, nada, zippo.I wanted to try this to see if it really would really make a difference in my energy for my runs, but it did nothing.I’m starting to really. Relieve that any good reviews on Amazon are just paid reviews from the seller.For those that will make the purchase regardless of bad reviews. The taste is probably the most accurate consistency across all the reviews. It is close to a weak Tang taste with a sour edge.Save your money. This is a bunch of BS. If you do a smidge if research in this company, you will see consistent issues with lies to consumer. Sad but true.

I can’t imagine anyone saying this is sour tasting! It reminds me of Tang from I was a kid!!! I mix it with 16 oz of water in a shaker cup and it’s fine for me, but life prefers 24oz of water. No Stomach issues so far but have only been taking it for 2 days. Hoping this will give us a boost in our Keto WOE.

If you have ever tried the pruvit orange, it takes comparable to that...disgusting. It's not the saltiness that bothers me but the aftertaste is abhorrent.I will update once I use it for a while to let you know if I sense any changes. That's what I liked about Pruvit brand, I could feel the alertness, energy, clarity, and appetite suppressing powers of it almost immediately. If this gives the same effect then it will be totally worth it.

I really like this product. The taste is ok but is orange. I have test for ketones within an hour of drinking and they are elevated. This will be purchased again.
