Great value for the money!
This tent performed very well. It is heavy (around 35 pounds) but worth it for all the room you get. It is easy to assemble and can be done by one person if necessary, although it's definitely easier with two.It will easily hold 2 queen size air mattresses with room to walk around them and I love being able to stand up and get dressed, no stooping. One of my favorite features is the screen ceiling, providing not only great ventilation along with all the windows, but an incredible view of the stars at night! If needed, the rain fly goes on quickly and easily (we did it the first time in under 2 minutes, in the pitch dark and without instructions!)There are 2 rings at the apex of the tent in the middle, I attach a battery lantern there with a caribener to light the tent at night. There are built-in pockets at all 4 corners to keep a flashlight or bottled water or some warm, comfy socks handy while lying down. There are 2 "storage bins" located at the back of the tent, but after the first time I have never used them so I don't take the extra time to stake them down and run the guy wires. If people were staying with us inside the tent and we needed the extra room, they would be a great feature to have. The "welcome mat" is fairly useless as it is too smooth to really be able to wipe any dirt off your shoes. Plan on buying your own mat (or 2, one for inside and one for outside) to keep the dirt down inside the tent.My husband and I (and our 2 dogs) went through 2 major thunderstorms inside this tent. It rained so hard I couldn't hear my husband talking from 5 feet away, and it rained for hours. We stayed dry inside, but I did notice that when I touched the inside wall of the tent it was wet. When we got home we set up the tent in the back yard, let it dry, and I used 2 large cans of waterproofing to give it a good coating in case we get hit by another major thunderstorm while camping.I only gave this tent 4 stars because of the minor problems as outlined above, but really when you're talking value for the money it deserves 5 stars. I love this tent and would definitely buy it again!

Excellent tent but a seem rip after 4 uses.
Update: I've used the tent 4 times since I purchased it in 2017. The tent is starting to Come apart at the floor seem. I always tarp the ground before placing the tent down. I keep the tent clean. I just use a moist towel to clean it inside and out. Not sure how this would stand up to an avid camper.Easy to assemble. Durable and spacious. 2 room design allows guests to change or privacy as there is a zipper wall. Whole roof is mesh with rain fly. Has extender floor windows/lockers at the bottom that unfold and sit outside the tent. Allows for ventilation and storage of items outside so they are out of the way. Great tent but if you get water or dirt in tent you can't push it out. Must be picked up. At no point do you ever have to duck while walking around inside the tent. Ceiling height is more then generous. There are more air vents/screen windows then you could ever want. Tent doesn't get hot unless you use rain fly. With fly on its still very comfortable.Tips. See diagram. Lay out parts and put all poles together put angled plastic pieces on top(metal rings up.) of upright poles. Unfold tentInsert 3 bent ridge poles into front, back and middle sleeves while keeping tent flat on ground.Start on front or back and Add straight poles with metal rings up to each bent ridge pole (Rain fly will attach to metal rings later). Make sure to push strait poles through ties on side before connecting to ridge poles. Pull on string to raise that side. Now stake it down. Bottom of straight pole goes through loop at bottom of tent with pin going inside pole and ring sits on bottom of pole. I disconnect ridge pole insert pin the stretch pole back into place. Repeat for other side. Rain fly attaches to ring on straight pole plus has lines to stake down for extra support as needed.Stake tent like normal. Setup is easy once you have done one pole set.

Terrible design
This tent is so poorly engineered that I question how the product photo was achieved. There are only two stabilization lines on the sides of the tent. There is absolutely nothing to stabilize the three pole assemblies that hold up the roof and walls so the roof sags because the walls lean toward the center. The fly support lines are what actually hold the tent up (sort of).Inserting the tent pins into the bottom of the support poles is impossible. You have to disassemble the joint between the wall poles and roof poles, put in the pin at the bottom and reassemble the joint. To get sag out of the walls, you will need to drive in the fly cords with a piece of 2 foot long rebar because to get any kind of tension to get the tent to shape, it pulls the stakes right out of the ground. You put in one stake and have to go back around the tent because it has pulled another stake out somewhere else.Drops of water randomly drop from areas all over the roof when it rains.Thankfully we only had light wind. It just pulled out a couple of the stakes. Any kind of significant wind and this thing will turn into a parachute. Nowhere to hang a lantern.

Save your money!
We bought this tent as a replacement for our Swiss Gear tent that lasted us a good 10 years. I honestly can't think of any pros. Set up took 4 people. It is not free standing so if you do not have someone holding up the poles on one end you get the domino effect. There is no support bar horizontally which is really needed for this size of tent. That is my first complaint. 2nd con- NOT WATERPROOF. Our 4th night of camping and we woke up to water on the floor of the tent and the walls were wet. Sleeping bags closest to the walls of the tent were soaking wet. Yes, the rainfly was installed correctly. We had to readjust all anchors in the rain to tighten things up because there was a lot of slack in the tent itself. Thankfully it only rained one night! 3rd, no venting on the back side of the tent.Between the difficulty in setting up and the lack of waterproofness, we are sending it back. Interestingly enough when I went to the Wenzel website this tent is not listed with their other tents.

it will be an excellent investment for future fishing trips
got it for 203$ CDN !!! same tent sells for over $700 how come ?? anyway if it doesn't t leak next summer..... it will be an excellent investment for future fishing trips . ..... Seller confirmed some durable water repellent can be applied to fabric to keep it in good shape .update may 23rd 2018: tent set up with a friend... peg down and stretch all corners first !! center roof rib is longer don't mix it upthe tent is high so if you are short get a tall friend to install the fly on topupdate june 09 2018 back from camping… held down the tent with extra cords due to strong winds but…. the rest of the week was great lots of room & used half the tent as a dining room ! with a small 4 foot folding tableno rain fell on us so I can't vouch for rain protection ...yetI applied water repellent on the fly (roof) before heading out ... I will do side seams later front door is exposed since there is no canopy overhanging to protect against rain Tent is immense inside with central dividerIf I had to do this again I would get a tent with an overhang ...a smaller sleep area..... and a side kitchenette to cook and eat away from bug... so now...we will will bring a serarate 10x10 netted kitchenupdate june 2019 : 4 days camping with major "record" rain falls falling on us 12-14 hours straight for 3 nights … NO LEAKS in the roof fantastic… small very small leakage on the front door zipper ans one side window (left) ... they got sponged up quickly. if the roof had extended a bit over the lower part of the main door zipper leakage would have been even less. 2 campers ...we used 50% of the tent as a dining room and 50% as the sleeping area . final conclusion : great tent but our next one will have a roof extending over the main door zipper . Rain should hit the ground when it rolls off the roof fly not the tent surfaces like doors and windows which are high leak risk areas.

Holds 3 queen-size inflatable mattresses really well
I love the overall size of this tent and the construction materials seem fairly competent to do their job. I think the walls in the corners could be a little longer to accommodate the pegging of the floor in the corners butter. I find all of the pegs around the 10th with the exception of the corners sit nice and flush and maintain the shape of the 10th. However the corners feel like they will rip if I try to pack them down in the same fashion that I paid the rest of the tent

Gone camping
A little difficult to put up, better have 2 people work together. It’s large enough with loads of space, well laid out.The metal poles are a little flimsy and do not hold up as well as we had hoped in windy weather.Have not used it in rain ( lucky) so not sure how the rain would affect it.

Big big tent
Great size but weird set up. I have set up tents for years and years but this one just wasn't right felt like I was missing two bars up top. Still a good buy for size of tent. Good material no leaks.
