My New Favorite Running Socks!
I've always purchased cushier socks for running, but after walking, running, and wearing my Rockay's for everyday use, I definitely prefer the lightweight material--especially during the warmer months. The socks feel cool on my feet, and they don't bunch up or ride down into my running shoes. They have excellent elasticity. I ordered my regular size, and the fit is spot-on.I appreciate this brand's commitment to protecting the environment. The socks are made from up-cycled ocean waste, which is pretty darn cool.I'd recommend Rockay socks to anyone who enjoys being active. I wear mine for everything from walking, running, and playing soccer with my boys to running errands. The quality is truly awesome!

Awesome socks! Anti-blister socks for sure!
I am very glad I bought these socks! The claims by Rockay that these socks will keep you from getting blisters are true. Furthermore, they help your feet get rid of existing blisters ..... at least for me they did.In my case, I usually walk between 7 to 15 miles a day, sometimes 7 to 8 miles at a time. With my new Brooks running shoes, my feet and old socks were rubbing wrong and created two large blisters on my lower left heel area. Once I got my Rockay socks, I put them on, even with the 2 large blisters, put on the shoes and went walking. During the walk, there was no rubbing at all and the walk was very comfortable. I took off the socks that night and noticed that both blister areas were completely reduced in size and looked like they were on the verge of being completely healed. I would almost claim that these are miracle socks. Regardless, I will be buying more as they are wonderful socks.

Great athletic sock!
I really like the design of these socks. The bottom feels soft (almost like a cotton) and the top is very breathable. I noticed right away that my feet did not feel warm and that air could flow in these socks. I also noticed that my shoes are not as tight when wearing these thin breathable socks. The arch support is really great too, it gives confidence in the part of the foot that often is not protected. The reflective āRālogo on the back is a nice bonus too, for when it is darker outside. I like the bottom of the sock each side denotes left āLā and right āRā.These socks exceed my expectations with durability. Not personally being familiar with the recycled materials, I wasnāt sure how they would hold up. While wearing them they held up really well and felt great. I washed them gentle cycle and laid out to dry and they are still perfect.I enjoyed the packaging because it contained information about the uniqueness of the socks. Being made from ocean materials, do not need to wash often, and anti-odor. It makes the socks feel special compared to the typical cotton plain socks in the store.

Amazing Comfort + Environmentally Friendly + Style = Perfection
These socks are fantastic! They are very comfortable and don't slip off my heels during vigorous workouts like other athletic socks. Due to having very small feet, I must admit that I was a bit worried about the fit when I saw that the company had altered their sizing, but I have no complaints. They don't bunch at the heel or rise too high on my ankles. When I have shoes on, it feels like I'm not even wearing socks. They also do an excellent job of wicking away moisture.I love the fact that they're made with upcycled ocean waste and couldn't be happier that they're animal friendly since they aren't made with Moreno wool. Rockay has truly outdone themselves with this new design! I also liked all the different color schemes they have to choose from, and settled on the white with grey accents. They look very classy and go with everything. The socks arrived quickly and flawlessly in a manila envelope. I washed them twice now and they still look brand new! I appreciate that the company emailed me care instructions shortly after my purchase, so I'm giving Rockay a platinum star for their customer service. Did I mention they have a lifetime guarantee? Yes, they do! All one has to do is register their purchase on the Rockay website. It was very easy to do.Considering everything these socks have going for them, what more could one wish for? It goes without question that I will definitely be purchasing these particular socks again.

They run very very small
I really like the fit of these socks. They are snug around my foot so they give some support to my feet. I have lots of problems with both feet-several surgeries, bone spurs, plantar faciitis, and more so the support is nice. However, they run really small - I had to get 2 sizes larger than my size listed-and I'm concerned that after a few washings they may even end up being too small. (I wear a women's size 10 and ordered the XL.) And I'm sorry but I'm not hanging my socks out to dry. They go in the dryer although I do dry them on a low setting. Nice socks, but kind of expensive if they won't last due to shrinkage. We'll see!

Great looking sock but not for me.
I recently purchased some Balega socks at REI as I walk 4-6 miles per day and was having issues with my feet getting sore on the bottoms. I purchased a pair of Adidas Ultraboost shoes that are super comfortable and was still having issues so I figured it was the sock. When I purchased the Balega Ultra Glide socks all my issues were gone and I was able to up my mileage without a thought. I had been looking at the Rockay anti blister and love the colors so I ordered a couple pair and they came in just when Amazon said they would which happened to be right before I was headed out for a walk. I put them on and out the door I went. My first though was that they are not as thick as the Balegas and they fit tighter than the Balegas but still felt good. It was a hot and humid day and that may have something to do with it but at about 2.5 miles my feet started to feel not so great. I made it 3.8 miles and my feet were burning. The socks look great and they may work for you but they did not for me so they are going back and Ill oder a couple more pair of the Balegas. 3 stars because they look great and may be the right sock for you but I could not give them another try as my feet still hurt the morning after.

Wow, brilliant! I purchased a pair of Accelerate socks in March, and have run about 325 miles in them. I rinsed them under the tap each week, and they stayed aroma free until July, when I finally put them in the washing machine. Unfortunately, I did notice some wear to the right sock, and a small hole developing. However, I contacted Rockay, and true to their Lifetime Warranty, they sent me a new pair within three days. They aren't particularly thick, but they are very comfortable and I've had absolutely no blisters! I get very hot, and I've noticed that they keep my feet cool. Try them, I'm glad I did.

Pretty good glove like fit, feels week made & structured as I'd expect from a quality running sock.
This is my 2nd review. These must be the most expensive single pair of socks I've ever purchased, so time will tell if they live up to the manufacturer's claims. Can't argue with their lifetime guarantee though or their quality appearance. Before arrival, my chief concern was that my chosen XL size-I am a size 10- appears to cover quite a broad range of sizes, (from 8 or 9 to 12 I think). But they are a good fit with no creases. If I'm being ultra critical, perhaps the fit around the toes could've been slightly better; where the seams are, but only on the outside of the big toe; there are very slight bobbles, but these are very minor and in any case don't appear to be noticed or felt during long runs, which I've done a few of now while wearing them. Turning the socks inside out does reveal quite a lot of loose strands on the inside of the sock if I'm honest- in the weave I suppose- which in due course could perhaps get caught by a too long toenail & possibly torn when putting them on, if one is not careful. But if they do their job as claimed, they keep their shape, breath & dispel moisture away from the foot, don't shrink with regular washing (as I can't afford more pairs; I didn't know for instance until I'd read the manufacturer's guidelines, that you should never put them in a tumble drier, but in any case I hand wash my new socks) & don't get damaged from loose strands, (& help save our planet's oceans by using up these ghastly plastic bottles), then I'm sure that I'll continue to be very pleased with these running socks. I love my chosen colour too; lime green (with contrasting orange below the shoe line), which perfectly matches the colour of the rim around the ankle of my new Saucony Endorphin Pro running shoes (& their provided alternative lime green laces). I paid a lot for these running shoes, so my reasoning is this; why should I compromise on my investment by wearing cheap M&S or multi-pack cotton ankle socks rather than purpose built & designed quality running socks? (The analogy that springs to mind here is the specialty tonic water manufacturer Fever-Tree's marketing line; which says that a gin & tonic is 60% tonic water so why compromise on the taste of your very good specialty gin by mixing with it a cheap Tesco tonic water?! You could similarly use the analogy that a chain is only as good or strong as its weakest link! I've purchased really good running shoes so I want to get the very best out of them & the very best for my feet, if I'm to continue running injury & blister free these longish distances which I prefer; I can best achieve that by using these really good quality purpose designed socks underneath them, that do a good all round job of protecting my feet. I think & I hope that I've made my point. By the way, I have no connection to the manufacturer, nor have I received now or at any time in the past any freebies or incentives from them in making this genuine review.GG

Really, really good š
So, I decided to buy yet another pair of running socks and thought Iād give these a try.Well, after 3 runs, a 15k a 10k and an 8k I can say that there are no discomfort issues at all, theyāre a good fit and feel good when on. I was interested in the claim that these donāt smell after use. Hey, if your a runner your feet smell, we all know this is true. Even my feet that donāt seem to sweat a lot get a bit whiffy after a run, itās normal and no big deal but guess what ? After the 15k they didnāt smell at all ! Without washing I used them again... no smell. Finally, after the third run I decided to wash them. Not because of any odour ( they smell of fresh air ) but because theyāre a bit grubby from one dusty run then another wet run.Iāve hand washed them and stored them flat as recommended. Only three runs in but I have to say they are really good so far, probably better than any other sock Iāve tried. Unless they fall to bits over the next year or so ( thereās a lifetime guarantee with them ) Iāll be sticking with these and getting another pair or two.Iāve already recommended them to others who have since ordered some. Early days but nothing but top marks so far š

Great while they work!
What a conflicted experience. I bought these socks in June 2020 and was initially delighted with them. They are super comfortable and helped my feet recover from past blisters. Theyāre light and felt really well constructed. Then, after a month a small hole started to develop near the big toe. So disappointed ā¹ļø, I really loved running with them. I emailed Rockay but did not receive a reply. The are the most expensive socks Iāve ever bought and while they worked, they were sock perfection. Iām not sure if my pair were faulty or this is a trait with this sock. I liked them so much Iāve ordered another pair in the hope this was a one off.

Surprised
I have just begun running for the first time in my life since school. The first time I went out I was rewarded with blisters and sore arches! I decided to see if I could find some socks that might stop the blisters from forming.I was a little put off by the price but after seeing all the good reviews, I decided to buy a pair and give them a go.On putting them on I felt that the socks were supporting my arches, very surprising! The best thing is I have had no rubbing or blisters developing. I honestly didnt think they'd make much of a difference but they do.They come with a little L and R on the are on the right feet. They made from recycled material. They are sweat wicking and also say they do not need to be washed everytime (which I've found to be true, no bad smells etc).Im really pleased with them and will be buying a second pair.
