Good product
These bands are very sturdy. There are 3 different strengths. The heavy one is my favorite because it gives you a really good workout. My 7 year old likes to use the light one with me. I find them easier than dumbbells

Great Bands
Great assortment of bands for simple resistance workouts. Bands vary in different tensions to add difficulty to workouts. Comes with a baggie to store all of the bands.

Nice Bands, But Not Sure About Durability
It's a good set of resistance bands and they worked great until the yellow one broke. Seems like they would hold up better. I have moved to the red band and I'm hoping this one will last longer.

Love these.
I love these. I use them at home for increasing muscle and rehab after hip replacement surgery on both hips. I love that the bands are not only color coded with regard to weight strenghts but also labelled so that you can easily tell the lighter one from the others because some exercises I need the lighter band for and others I have worked up to the tougher bands.

Worth the money!
Great quality resistance bands with a variety of strengths. Makes for an easy but worthwhile home exercise!

Be Aware == LATEX !!!
As far as I know, I have never had a reaction to latex before. However with in 30 minutes of using these bands for the first time I was scratching was scratching my hands and lower arms violently. My wife collected every anti itch product or antihistamine she could find.in the.house or camper. Nothing seemed to bring relief. I was actually bleeding in spots. It took well over an hour and soaks in Ice water for the itching to subside.I am not.returning the bands. The packaging and instructions mentioned that the bands were made of latex. And I had never had such a reaction to similar stretchy items before. But I will be much more careful about using any thing containing latter in the future. Giving the bands to a neighbor!

Easy workout with these bands. Packs easily for vacation. Good buy.
