I bought this to replace a damaged fireplace in in our RV. The fireplace was easy to install and looks awesome. I love the large amount colors to choose for the flames. So far I'm very happy with this fireplace

Love this fireplace, its very thin so it can go into a thin wall with no issues. Love the settings for all the different color lights. I was sad to return it, it just didn't work for my wall personally but the product itself is beautiful.

Wife repurposed a cabinet creating a frame from a few 2x4s and secured the product within. Surrounded it with shelving and a few other accoutrements and it's now a custom made, centerpiece wall unit. We use this fireplace every night--multiple color options for the flame and base area (we prefer the clear, faux glass pieces for the base without the logs) and whether or not heat is emitted (note: the heat is pushed out the top vents--there's no "hot to the touch" surfaces anywhere so no concern if touched. Of particular note, we've had no significant change to our electric bill since install a few months back. Very pleased with this product!

After two months with it sitting in the box. Watching numerous videos of how to hang it up. I finally put it up. I thought I needed a handyman to put it up, but I actually tried it myself. Mounting it on the wall was very easy I had no issues with hanging it up. I’m sooo in love with my fireplace. It’s perfect for my bedroom. I’m happy with the purchase. Delivery was on time and smooth .

The fireplace is beautiful. The manufacturer reached out to me. I had a slight issue but he took care of everything and I’m 100% satisfied. Highly recommend getting this fireplace. It looks very real and it’s very peaceful.

The media could not be loaded. The shipment was fast and very well packaged! It's beautiful and works great! the remote feels a bit flimsy, but it works fine so far... Good material and good price. Variety of colors to choose and you can keep the heating option off if you don't need it.

Bought the ef60 model. Was in sale. We were ready for unit. But since everything is going up. Thought we would get it since we had the money. Installed it in November. Didn't work. After 2 days of no response. Called number for manufacturer. They explained that it sounded like main circuit board. I'm in the trades. Sounded clear to them I could probably change so they sent me one. After a week I got circuit board. Replaced it. Exactly to their specs. Still didnt work. At that point I messaged through Amazon. Days went by. Contacted manufacturer again. Said the company was going to send a new one. Now original order took less then a week. Replacement went weeks. Fedex said company. Company said FedEx. After almost three weeks. It came. Had to have sent to buddy's house. Because although FedEx delivered to my house. Cheerway wouldn't allow sent to home or PO box. We live in rural neighborhood. Notiddle.of nowhere. Just larger lots. When I got it. Glass face was completely shattered. Unit was filled.with glass. Cheerway said it was a FedEx problem. Take it up with them. Mind you. They told.me they did me a favor as we were over 6 months past free return or replacement time. It's mid December. I ordered original unit mid august. So I took it completely apart. Cleaned out glass. Used backing shield and glass from first unit that didn't work. I also had to modify electrical and wall. The space the instructions said to make was wrong. And I made opening nearly one inch deeper than instructions. Plug wouldn't fit without pinching. Then there's the heat issue. Said it covers 450 sq ft of space. Our room is 335 sqft. And all walls.are insulated. Including interior. I even silicones every floor plate. Weather stripped the door. As this use to be a small garage. So it's now better insulated then house. And we feel no heat. Blower isn't strong. Heat isn't hot. It is clearly a novelty it at best. I now have to modify the room and my ac system to get heat vent into our new room. I put one of our old 1500 watt space heaters I'm the room for a night. Same wattage as this $400 piece of junk. I read specs on this unit. Said it requires 15 amp plug. And circuit. Nonsense again. The wire whip in this unit has 16 gauge wire. Not rated for 15 amp. And a 1500 watt heater should pulls about 12.5 amps. So theoretically a 15 amp circuit would work. But most appliances like this, electricians would say use 20 amp. For motor start up. Which usually draws more current. But neither matters. Since the usr wiring rated for 13 amps maximum. 13 amps multiplied by 125%. 16.25 amps. Which is why we usually recommend 20 amp circuit. And usually dedicated for heater. This is about the worst appliance I've ever purchased. Foryself or for customer. Was less expensive than going to home depot or Lowes or some other appliance store. But you truly do get what you paid for. Because now I'll have to spend an entire day and about $200 in material to get heat to our room. I also suggested bigger blower motor. Better heating elements. They never replied once I got heater in and working(if that's what you want to call it).

I purchased the wall mount heater for our basement. It really is a big hit with our guest. On warm game days we use the flame only feature. We also coordinate the flame color with the team that is playing that day. The heat feature works great and it didn't take a long time to heat up the basement. After 30-minutes we turned the heat off and used only the flame light feature. This is a great buy and looks beautiful!
