Seems great so far.
I bought this for my grandson to ride when he comes to visit. I may have a different opinion after that actually happens. First off ….. in the description where it says assembly required? It says no. That’s a lie. With 2 people it would probably go together in an hour. For an old lady, alone, it was an entire afternoon. No instructions - just pictures but pretty straightforward. Where it shows that you should attach the front wheel to the handle bars before joining the front to the back - don’t! Unless you have very strong but tiny fingers it can’t be done. I finally ended up removing the front wheel, joining the rear to the handle bars and then reattaching the front wheel. I’m very impressed by the construction and materials but will have to withhold final judgment until I see if the boy has fun with it.

My Son Loves It!
This three wheeler is exactly what I was looking for! It is cool looking and made for older kids (my son is 5) who love to go fast but don't always want to hop on their bike or cannot ride a bike yet. The construction is solid, it goes together in just a few easy steps - no tools needed. The only thing we had to do is tighten the pedals after he rode it for a couple of hours. I would highly recommend it.

Bike isn't durable and customer service is pathetic
We recently purchased this bike for my son. Although the bike appears sturdy, the gear in the front tire stripped away from the pedals after approximately 1 month of periodic usage. Due to the construction of the front tire and how it engages the pedals, it cannot be fixed. I reached out to Hauck customer services by both email and phone calls to express my overall dissatisfaction with the durability of their product and they were nonresponsive. I would even entertain purchasing a replacement front wheel but the company's customer service is abysmal. I spent $140 on a bike that is broken in 1 month's time and cannot be fixed. The attached photo shows all of the metal that was stripped out of the front wheel. I would not purchase anything this company again.

Big Typhoon Trike
I loved the easy quick assemble. I bought this for my grandson who is 5 and I think it might be to big. It comes double boxed so u can’t see the package. Everything was included and they even assembled the the bolt and washers so it’s easier. Love the real rubber tires and steel frame. Oh plus they gave me extra break stoppers. I gave 4 stars for now until I see how it goes when he rides it.

My 6 year old son loves this trike! Great purchase for the money
My son is 6 and I have the chair in the first slot. Give him room to grow with the bike. Easy to assemble and seems like a sturdy trike. My son loves iT!

Product default
I purchased two of these bikes for my Grandsons. Last weekend was the first time they could actually ride them. Ohio weather. After riding the bike for 15 minutes one pedal fell off. We tried to put it back on and he would get 20 feet and it would fall off again and again. There is no bolt/nut or cotter pin to hold it in place. It was also a part that came already together. Other than that we liked the bikes. I emailed Bargain Ben through Amazon and got a reply that they would answer during regular business hours. Well its been a week with no answer. I was not wanting to return them, just ask for a solution to the pedal. If they had none fine but no answer? Not very good customer service. Its like sold. Done.

Great Three Wheeler!
My almost four year old grandson is not ready for a two wheeler, even with training wheels, and since three wheelers are "in" now I did my research and got this Hauck Traxx for him - turns out to be a great choice! This is a solid, quality trike that he LOVES and it should last him for years! He's very large for his age, the size of an average 5 year old, and this trike still has lots of room to "lengthen out" for him! It only took 5 minutes to put together, too!

5-star Bike, 0-star Customer Service
My 4-year old son absolutely loved this Bike. He would ride it almost every day until one day a screw fell off. The particular screw that fell off connects the front wheel and stirring wheel so without it, the bike is useless. I tried to email and call customer service which I had to google search for. I reached out a few times AND NOTHING. I just want/need a replacement part, I'd even pay for the part and shipping. My son had the bike for about a month before the screw fell off. I'd buy another but it's SOLD OUT everywhere :(
