Good quality for the price. Does a nice job of keeping the sun and rain off when sitting underneath. I have this set up on the patio area around the pool in a semi permanent state. I leave the frame up year round and take the canvass off in the winter. The canvass takes a beating from the sun in the summer, but it functions well. The color of the canvass will begin to fade after a couple of years, and the material will start to become brittle after 4 years or so and will need to be replaced at that point. The replacement canvass is not expensive and once put on, makes the gazebo like new again.

Replacement canopy was an exact fit and looked great for about one week. The beautiful brown color faded and now has an orange haze look to it. The material is definitely not suitable for for summer weather as they are lucky to last three years. This is my second top in three years and I am now considering constructing one with a metal permanent roof.

Very happy with the replacement. Our last gazebo we purchased a replacement it was a different brand. It was very poor quality and only lasted one summer. I was reluctant to purchase another but, happy I did.

The original canopy was easy to put on the gazebo. This one is short by a few inches. Also, the seams were not as strong. The top centerpiece does not have screens like the original.
