RothcoWool Scarf - Military Style

The scarf meets all the specifications I need for military funeral duty and it is WARM. It feels like wool but is very smooth and doesn't bother my neck at all. Price is decent: I'll find out pretty quickly how it lasts.

Best scarf I ever bought. Not itchy, plenty long very warm. It does have a musty smell when you first get it, just use some fabreeze. Don't use a machine washer or dryer with this, clean by hand.

Classic military scarf. The price was great and it's nowhere near as itchy as the one I had issued to me so many years ago. This is a must-have even if you only keep it in the car during winter in case of emergency.

Was recently snow camping up in Lassen Volcanic National Park and this scarf kept me warm while snow shoeing and just sitting around the camp.

I love this military stuff. Not just because I'm a Navy veteran but the quality is outstanding. Fancy? No. A wool scarf made in America; for a very reasonable price period. Pricing is at or below what you would pay for some garbage made you know where made out of some goofy material.It was already accidentally machine washed and dried. It lost maybe an inch of length and feels thicker. Actually feels a little softer, so not all terrible.

A very good / warm scarf, especially for the price. The scarf is about the same length as everyone else's scarf, but I already owned one and it was too short to get two wraps around my neck so I ordered two more of them. I'll cut one of them in half and sew the two halves onto the other two scarves to make two decent length scarves. Why one of the mfgs can't figure this out, I don't know.............

When I received the scarf the wrong color was sent - drab green instead of the black I ordered. The company said they were out of black so they just sent another color. The quality was not good - the seams were poorly sewn - looked very ragged and uneven. It was a rather involved process to try to return it to the company and I eventually had to get Amazon involved. Amazon acted very quickly and they were able to resolve the situation. I would not order anything from this company again.
