Great product. I used my sister-in-laws to clean up a large spot of dark dog vomit. No evidence of a stain after the clean up. Did not require multiple cleanings. Easy to use and very effective. So I bought one for myself

I already have an upright carpet cleaner for large rugs but wanted something smaller and more portable for spot cleaning and upholstery. After reviewing numerous other brands, I selected this one. Arrived quickly and well packed. Well designed (I am a product designer myself) and built. First use and I am very impressed with how it functions, especially the clear head which allows you to see the dirt being removed, and when you can move on. The containers for water and for extracted dirty water are large and easy to refill or empty. Overall, a great product. I will do a follow up after multiple uses to rate its durability. Recommended.

I purchased this portable handheld carpet cleaner when the hose on my old one broke. For the price, I was pleasantly surprised at how well it cleaned! It’s lightweight, easy to use, and does a fantastic job at removing stains from my carpets.(It also came with a free bottle of carpet cleaning solution, which worked better than the old one I had been using.) The tanks are very easy to remove and clean as well.Highly recommend!

This is the first carpet/upholstery cleaner I have ever bought. I recently bought a very dirty truck and the seats really needed detailing. My daughter also needed to clean her backseat since her toddler has made it her personal dump site. Rather than spend several hundred dollars to have the seats cleaned in both vehicles, I decided to get my own machine. It cleaned my two front seats beautifully! Even pulled out some kind of purple stuff that wasn’t even visible on the seat’s surface! I then used it on my vinyl sofa. That thing was soooo dirty!The quality of the machine is clearly top of the line. It’s very sturdy, nothing about it is flimsy. The only downside I found was I wish the tubing was a little longer and more flexible. It has a longer than expected power cord which let me travel around my living room to clean the sofa.I would recommend this amazing mighty little wonder to anyone!

The media could not be loaded. Paid a arm and a leg for it to break after one use the water storage containers are horrible thin quality plastic that shatters very easily. There are no replacements for the parts either once they're broken you either have to return it which is hard. The machine does work well.

This little shampooer works outstanding!!! Great suction used to spot clean an area rug. The only thing I don't like is putting in or pulling out clean water reservoir it'd be perfect if it just slid in like the dirty water reservoir. Overall great machine so far!!!!

For small spills, chairs, car and stairs this IS exactly what you need. Easy to handle. Size is perfect to move around without a cumbersome tangled hose and wire.If I had a complaint, it would be putting the clean water tank back in place. I’m sure it’s user error but it takes a few try’s before it connects.Well constructed and easy to clean. It sprays just enough without drowning your carpet.You’ll be surprised how much dirty water you get with this small appliance. I know I was.
