This took away some knee pain/discomfort I was having, which I would describe as the 'inner tendon/ligaments next to the kneecap feeling loose somehow'. The squeezing of the strap stopped the pain, but only while wearing and I would only wear for a few hours during walking/standing at work.

Actually pretty good, They don’t slide like traditional knee sleeves. Not a cure all, but my soreness has decreased. I use them for Beach Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer and Tennis/Pickleball. People always ask me about them and think they’re tattoos at first.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:We have a runner in the family and she complains about knee pain. A friend recommended these bands and they really have helped ease the pain while running however they do slip slightly when you get sweaty.

Was a little tight at first but once I started moving around it got better. I used it while on the tread at the gym and my knee did really well! The last time I tried to run I was in so much pain! It helped!

My husband loves this and uses the band for his knee every time he runs. It has really helped him a lot.

Unfortunately, this was a little bit of a disappointment. It was rough on the skin, more so the hair on my legs. It also picked up lint and everything else almost immediately. Good concept, just fell short.

Work better than expected. I was trying them out compared to other knew support and I was surprised. For me they didn't provide enough support while I was running, but the small size is great for wearing under pants etc when I needed extra support. On that note, don't wear them too long or you'll be sporting an indent for a while.

These are very uncomfortable, like having a tight rubber band around your leg almost like a tourniquet.
