Works great straight out of the box. From lounge into one of the bed rooms. No Signal lost or anything. The only thing I think the manufacture should think about is the power cable length. It’s extremely short! I have to buy an extension Cable for it now to hide it.

Very disappointed with item. Instruction book was 1 tiny page with a couple of pictures. When I connected the transmitter unit to the main TV, the picture turned purple. Tried 2 different HDMI leads but obviously problem with the transmitter unit. Tried to get picture of receiver unit and could not get connected. I'm a TV technician but could not get this to work. Only good thing I can say is customer service was excellent, return was free and money refunded quickly.

Absolute quality, plugs in and out of laptops at the office, zero delay, straight onto our 65” 4K TV. The device does need a clear line of sight though, if someone stands in the way it cuts off.

There’s a bit of guesswork to get to the instructions. The product works ok as there isn’t a lot of rocket science involved. Pros and cons as below:Pros:Image quality is goodEasy to installHas remote sensors (only a couple of options have those and they are much more expensive)Cons:Transmitter unit heats up quite a bit - I anticipate due to the small size of it.Signal can be a bit patchy. I have stone walls around which explains some of the problem but signal in the place where the receiver is installed is adequate 3 out of 4 bars. Maybe due to the transmitter unit heating up…Slight lag when operating the remote control. Doesn’t bother me but is there.

The first one I received just wouldnt work (sent back and refunded), I suspect when someone returns any faulty goods they might be restocked because the customer might not say if they work or not work when returing the item. If this is the case then there is a risk that unknown condition returns get re stocked without testing. I'm not to fussed if this is the case as amazon sorted the return and refund. just annoying with time but resolved.

This product does not function effectively at all. It feels cheap from the box, instructions and unit itself. The units provides poor picture and sound quality to the receiver TV with a significant time lag that makes watching anything frustrating. Even the main TV, which just feeds off the transmitter unit, will stutter and jump in picture quality (although sound is OK). I've used a HDMI transmitter unit for 2years previously (ProVision brand - no longer for sale on Amazon) which are also temperamental but actually offer good quality picture and sound. I'd say save your time and money and order something else!

Trash. Poor build quality. Poor range. Laggy video. unsynched sound. Gets insanely hot. Sent it back. Avoid avoid avoid.

Fantastic piece of kit, solved our problem so simply and saved the hassle of running cables across the house. Simply plugged it in, switched it on and it worked. I bought a HDMI splitter so as not to use the transmitter as a pass through and this seems a better option, but other than that it’s perfect for our needs.

I bought this over one year ago to be able to connect my screen to the computer across the living room without having to pass a cable through. The distance is very small (about 2 meters), and the computer is on the line of sight. So, it is quite an easy scenario. It has worked excellently with a lot of heavy use so far.However, if anything does block the line of sight, the signal is lost. If your situation is more complicated than mine (longer distance, PC is around a corner, of some furniture in between) this device might not be powerful enough. For my use it is perfect, so I am giving the device 5 stars. The transmitter and receiver do get hot rather quickly, but then they remain stable at that hot temperature and do not over-heat or fail in any way.
