The water gun works great. Our kids love it. It stopped working after about 5 months, but the company sent us a warranty replacement for free that works even better. It is so nice to get great customer support. Buy this water gun. It's a great toy for the kids.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Product is fun. Water got into the battery compartment and caused corrosion. Reached out to seller for replacement and they sent new ones immediately. Excellent customer service.

Update:Seller reached out quickly to make it right. Excellent customer service!! 2 of the 4 had stopped working, but a refund was quickly given for those. My kids look forward to using these every time they are outside and they have become a favorite in our house. I definitely assume we will be ordering again when they wear theirs out.Bought these for Christmas so my kids could have fun with them this summer. We just opened them, charged the batteries last night, and within 5 minutes of shooting them, one stopped shooting water. We took it apart, but had no luck in getting it to operate.

The grandkids really enjoyed playing with the water guns as hot as it was. It kept the five of them busy.

USB lights up red when charging the batteries. Or it is suppose to. Worked once as described then not again. Flickered on and off when moving the wires. Waited the 120 minutes for charging and then inserted in the gun within water tight compartment. One gun’s trigger would not move - battery dead. Tried the spare battery charged 24 hours previously (or so I thought) and gun barely worked. And red gun’s battery compartment had water in it! Okay second day. Repeat charging batteries with red light on in the beginning then went out. That is to indicate battery is charged. But left it charging two hours as directed in instructions. Put charged batteries into two guns. One worked great. Other worked a little before dying. Gave instructions to keep guns out of the water. Take off bottom part to refill so gun is not in water. End of second day playing with them or actually only one as red gun never worked well and found water in red battery compartment again and protective blue covering is separating as seen in photo. I have my doubts that these guns will work for any extended period of time. Returning them for sure. Too many problems. They are definitely fun to play with when they work or if they do work.

Kids thought they were fun, but didn’t not like them at first. Ambushed the kids coming back from the store. After having restocked my ammo a few times and drenching those preteens, I finally let kids bring in the groceries. (Not because of the glares of the wife who sat in the driver seat with the doors locked). Battery seemed to last longer than the kids. Easy to fill, I would like to see and more stream lined battery replacement. Something I can slap in. But the clips full of water are awesome.
