It's made well,very comfortable
I received a retainer from my surgeon and the connecting plastic was cutting into my skin and irritating my sutures that were healing seamlessly. I bought a new one because I couldn't bear the discomfort another day. This is made well, is extremely comfortable and true to size. If you wonder how to measure millimeters they are the tiny hash marks on the ruler or measuring tape between the centimeter marks, one centimeter is ten millimeters! Hope that helps:)

Great recovery item
The product cam just in time. I'm using it almost 7 days without any problem and i can see differences from the begging. Perfect item for the recovery after the surgery.

Expensive piece of plastic
It's a piece of silicone that is inserted into both nostrils to keep them in place and from collapsing. It has a plastic storage box, which is nice. Deducted two stars because it's grossly overpriced. Don't pay over about $5 for this.

I am in the process of returning this product. The openings to the retainer look thick.
