I have a habit of dropping my phone. And before I got one one of these screen protectors I managed to crack my screen 3 times, and hat was with one of those film screen protectors. With this on I haven't damaged my a single time. Not a chip or scratch. It has certainly done its job. The screen protector does crack. But that's what it's supposed to do and I'll gladly spends another $10 over replacing my phone AGAIN.The only reason I didn't give this screen protector 5 stars is because sometimes the sensitivity isn't perfect, and sometimes the adhesive doesn't stick as well as I think it should. Overall a great product and it works well.

Overall great screen protector. Works as advertised: No bubbles (a refreshing quality) and easy to install. You can even move it gently for an even fit once it's stuck without creating bubbles.I was tempted to rate it 4 stars because, as others have pointed out, the width is slightly too small by about 1-2 mm on either side. It should be an easy fix without compromising case fit.For those saying it doesn't stick well, I would say to make sure you press down on the sides for several minutes, letting the warmth of your fingers warm the adhesive for greater adherence.For those saying it weakens the touch response, yes it does. But there's a setting on the S9 that adequately compensates for this.And for those saying that it cracked after you dropped your phone - that's what it's supposed to do. Your phone has potential energy when it's held above ground, and that energy turns into kinetic energy as it drops. When it hits the ground, that energy can't simply disappear, it has to go somewhere per conservation of energy. The screen protector is designed to absorb that energy as it breaks the bonds within the glass protector. If the protector was strong enough to stay together, it could allow that energy to transfer to more delicate parts of the phone. That's why modern vehicles have an exterior that is made of materials designed to bend and dent - it keeps the contents of the vehicle safe.Enjoy!

I have purchased too many screen protectors to count and this one by far is the BEST!!!!! The installation is like none other. They provide a template you place over the front of your phone so that there is no worry with aligning to your phone while installing. With other protectors, my hands would be very steady until that moment it sticks to the phone and then...........not perfect. I installed this one on my Samsung Galaxy s9 in less than 10 seconds. And best of all it covers the screen and is GLASS not the imitation material that is out there. I will always buy there products for my future screen protectors.

With the included guide, the installation for my S9 was so simple it was almost idiot-proof. It's a glass screen protector, so it will break. I dropped my phone on a tile floor and it apparently hit right on the curved edge. It cracked the screen protector, which actually popped off the phone on impact and catapulted across the tile several inches. The phone screen was safe, which means the protector did its job! I then stuck the cracked protector back on the phone and emailed the company including a picture of the cracked screen protector. They sent me a free replacement - which is a one-time offer. I've since bought another case that has a lip around the curved screen, so I expect this one to last the lifetime of the phone. I'm pleased! I gave the durability only three stars because I feel like it shouldn't have popped off.

I bought this to put on my girlfriend's phone since she is prone to dropping it. the first drop was a minor drop that put one long crack across the screen protector so I bought a second one to replace it and then she ended up cracking that one much worse when it fell out of her pocket sitting down.so I have just ordered a third one to replace the most recent break. Well worth the 10 bucks each time to save the screen. The only minor annoyance is that you need to turn on the extra screen sensitivity setting and if you have a very light touch then you have to tap slightly harder. over all 99% for the sensetivity especaily given the protection. It comes with a nice frame thing to line up the screen protector as well as cleaning wipe and drying cloth.

My OTAO Galaxy S9 screen protector is definitely a keeper. The box includes a super-useful application tool, dust-stickers, alcohol wipes, a microfiber drying cloth, and a note from OTAO along with instructions for application and adjusting touch-sensitivity; it's the most complete/comprehensive screen protector package I've ever bought. There was a small hitch with my first product, but the OTAO team quickly and professionally rushed me a replacement. The new screen protector was easily applied and has been working well ever since. As of now, it has been about a month and a half with this screen protector and I am very satisfied. No scratches, scuffs, etc show on the protector even after multiple drops; I am using a protective case, too, and the screen protector is case friendly, as advertised. My phone always looks great too, thanks to the anti-oil coating on the screen protector, so thanks for that, too, OTAO!One extremely minor complaint: sometimes a deliberate light tap on certain areas of the screen wont always register, but this could also be a Samsung problem, like the known issue with touch sensitivity on the curved edges. OTAO does provide instructions (which i followed) for turning on the increased sensitivity setting meant to be used with this type of screen protector, so make sure you do that as well.Overall: Great Product, Great Price, Great Customer Service.
